Quality is the word I would use to sum up my stay at STAY@27. From the warm welcome by Paul and Michael to my wonderful room with many lovely touches, such as fresh flowers to a comfy bathrobe, great coffee & tea making facilities, plus a fridge with some provisions. On a practical level, anything you might need was there, including a range of charger cables, iron & ironing board, to a corkscrew bottle opener. Plenty of storage and the furnishings & lighting were welcoming and exuded style and charm.....Bed was very comfortable indeed! Lovely bathroom for private use. Wonderful to have your own front door  and a little outdoor patio. The location was fantastic, with the seafront a couple of minutes away, lots to enjoy and explore yet everywhere accessible either on foot or by bus, including to Brighton Railway Station.  Paul and Michael were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Stay@27, it was a delight, a treat, a taste of luxury with the feel of home. I will be back!

Michael and Paul are lovely hosts who welcomed us to their home for a few days. This was probably the fastest check-in experience we ever had - didn‘t even get to ring the doorbell ourselves as we were already greeted at the doorstep! The room is down in the basement and has its own entrance, so there is lots of privacy. It has a big window for natural light and is super spacious. We had everything we could wish for during our stay and were sad we had to leave again. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything you could possibly need during your stay. (earplugs, chargers, you name it - they probably have it for you!) The bathroom is separate just up the stairs, so no chance of fogging up your room after a shower. We were lucky with the weather but Michael and Paul provided us with lots of information of things to see and do in Brighton even on a rainy day. They have a lovely dog who unfortunately was very sick during our stay and needed a bit more love and attention. If you have the chance to book this, you should take it! We will be back next time we're in Brighton!

We thought we had a very warm welcome by the hosts. Excellent attention to detail in the accommodation, such as multiple chargers, umbrellas, earplugs. A marvellous small collection of thoroughly entertaining books from diverse but wonderful writers. Just like Rolls Royce, they think of everything. Our hosts were extremely helpful with taxis, parking permits, recommendations for food and entertainment, all within a ten minute walk.

Just wonderful... Great guys that run the place, beautiful dog, fabulous location, such a comfortable bed and beautiful room, your own entrance... And such a great thing in my book... It was quiet too! Protected from the busyness of Brighton, so a good nights sleep was had!

Wow, such a wonderful place to stay! From the moment we pulled up outside the property, the hosts ensured that everything was perfect for us. Michael directed us to a parking space and helped with luggage back to the house. Although there was plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the room, we were offered drinks upon arrival. The room itself was very spacious and tastefully decorated with quality furniture and a very comfortable bed. Phone chargers are even provided, so no scrambling around under the bed looking for sockets! Everything was spotlessly clean and the hosts really had thought of everything to make Stay@27 a home from home. The pier, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ stroll away, so the location was also perfect. The great reviews are very well deserved. Thank you Michael, Paul and Bolo x

The property was very clean with everything in place; clean sheets, towels, robes, iron , hair dryer name it! The owners are a lovely pair, very welcoming and warm. They helped me park, get my things out of the car and even offered me a cuppa on arrival. The choice of tea and coffee is the room is great and the tv has lots of good channels! I had a nice night. What’s not to like, location so so clean, a power lead for your phone in every corner, water, robes….. everything, perfect!! Would highly recommend
