We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only thing I would have liked is a proper oven, found the combi a bit difficult to use and also couldn’t open the windows at night as you would not have been able to shut the blinds. (I like it dark when I sleep so only a personal preference not a big problem if you don’t mind the light early in the morning)
The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress. Good mixture of soft and firm. The little sofa was great with the added bonus of foot stools. Place was very quiet and felt very secure with the car being in an undercover car port and double gates closed. Loved the added touches of the welcome basket and free loan of beach equipment (windbreak, buckets and spades, etc). The location was perfect for travelling to local beaches and my favourite place, Padstow. Hosts met us at the gate and said hi if we saw them but didn’t intrude in anyway. Great place for a few days away to recharge the batteries.

United KingdomEverything! It was amazing, the lovely owners had just thought of every single thing you could need. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and soo quiet and dark at night, so you can see all the stars. The fresh flowers and welcome pack were very much appreciated too :) My children (11 and 9 yrs) loved their room, the bunk beds were plenty big enough for them. They also loved the animal visitors we had, three peacocks and a rabbit! It was the peaceful home from home we wanted for our holiday. We loved it ♥️

United KingdomCould have used a washer/dryer or tumble dryer as clothes took a long time to dry. Some of the kitchen cookware/utensils, such as knives, were very dull and needed replacing, while the non-stick surface of pans were scratched. We were also charged for replacing a toilet seat that was already loose to begin with, but as I did not think to report this at the start of the stay, we paid to avoid a dispute.
Quiet location, convenient for beaches in North Cornwall.

Loved our stay here, was so perfect for us. Had everything we needed, so many little lovely homely and practical touches all around we settled in straight away and it was super clean. Bedding was so lovely and we had such good nights sleep. Was so cosy and kept beautifully. Ideal location for exploring beautiful Cornwall. The owners were so nice, left lots of information and if we needed them we knew they were there. Wish we could have stayed longer, next time!

United KingdomA tumble dryer or facility on the washing machine would have been useful but only a small thing. In September, despite it still being warm, we struggled to get items dry. There was an outside dog next door which woke us up early on a few mornings.
Lovely owners - very friendly. The cottage was very comfy and clean, and the bed was super. Great location - handy for the beaches and Padstow, but also handy to head west on the A39. Loved the welcome pack - much appreciated. Owners were very accommodating of our electric vehicle and we were able to charge using an outside 13amp plug. We told them our kWh usage and they calculated the rate for us.

Lovely property, very well maintained and clean. The facilities all seemed really new. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Towels, slippers and dressing gown a nice touch. excellent location for getting to lots of beaches and different costal towns. All within 15 mins drive. Very peaceful area, so felt calm and relaxing when you came back for the night. Really lovely owners who were friendly and helpful, but not in your face!
