You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Kingdomnothing to note of my dislikes as overall experience was excellent. I only stayed for one night but felt comfortable and would recommend to colleagues when staying in Eastbourne again.
Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I chose not to have breakfast as I don't eat it and I was on for an early start (Selina was more than accommodating and asked if there was anything else she could offer but I politely declined). overall experience was seamless and will definitely use again if available on my next visit 100% .

We cannot fault our stay at Beach Front Guest House. We were greeted by very friendly staff on our arrival. Everywhere was spotless. Our room was comfortably furnished, the bed was very comfortable and good quality clean.bedding. Our breakfast was good quality produce well cooked and very tasty. We would definately stay here again and book a sea view next time.

United KingdomThere is no lift (we were informed inadvance) and carrying cases up 3 flights can be difficult. Also other visitors could be heard when using the stairs despite thick carpet Our 2 rooms were at the back. Whilst very comfy and clean we only had views into other houses windows, and roofs, it wasn’t a picturesque view. The area off the seafront and behind the guest house Is very run down.
The breakfast was exceptionally good, and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
