We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about the experience was great from checkin to checkout. The staff were friendly and the room was well appointed with some lovely touches i.e., biscuits and lovely selection of teas and coffees! I come to Leicester periodically and will definetely make this my go-to hotel.

United KingdomWe had a strange faux-sofa opposite our bed where the room was built around a staircase, which felt a little oppressive when lying in bed, especially as it was too high to really sit on. Would also have liked in-room breakfast options, even if just a pastry & coffee.
Beautiful building and well appointed rooms which were stylish and comfortable. The shower was amazing! It felt like a little peaceful haven in the middle of Leicester.

United KingdomI liked St Martin's Lodge very much but you need to remember that this is a room, not a fully functioning hotel. I was very happy with that so I have no criticism.
Helpful check in staff, nice room, very good shower. Excellent central location. Good car parking. Nice coffee machine. Very nice historic building.

United KingdomThe only thing I would change about the hotel would be to upgrade the TV so that it had a better range of viewing applications or channels.
The bathroom was lovely, the linens were exquisite, bed was really comfortable. Location was a great place in Leicester being close enough to the centre but also far enough away it was a peaceful night sleep.

United KingdomThere are two things that would improve the experience though. The small fridges take up a lot of space for just two cans of water, especially in the small doubles. It would be better to remove them and have a central fridge in the entrance hall for people to help themselves to a can. The automatic air fresheners are over powering and smell very artificial. With all the lovey White Company products in the rooms a few complementary diffusers would be better.
St Martins Lodge is super. Its a lovey location, with great staff, good facilities and really comfortable rooms. A home from home. Its my preferred choice when staying in Leicester (which is a lot).
