The apartment is on a busy road, so it was rather noisy if you opened the windows. When they were shut you didn't notice the road noise as much. The windows were also rather old and hard to pull open/closed. One point of improvement for the suite which would be an easy fix - add a full-length mirror somewhere! There are lots of empty wall spaces available. A drying rack for dishes would be nice for the kitchenette as well.

The studio apartment in this complex was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located to transit, which is exactly what we needed for our stay in London. Toiletries and towels are provided and there was lots of space in the bathroom and suite generally to unpack our things. It didn't have A/C but we found that it wasn't needed since we were in the basement. The area was also very convenient, close to the bus stop, two Tube stations, and a little shopping high street with all the essentials about a 5-10 minute walk away. It's also very close to Holland Park, which was lovely. Transit into the centre of London took about 20-30 minutes so it was easy to get wherever we needed. Check-in and check-out were clearly outlined in the instructions. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The communication was well handled before arrival, but I was slightly annoyed to receive additional emails about checking out, which turned out to be a request to complete a survey rather than anything important.

Lovely spacious, simple room. Not fancy but everything was clean and well-maintained, and perfect for the reasonable price (£120), which was what we appreciated the most. We had all we needed, the location was great, everything worked, and we felt relaxed.

Extremely thin, threadbare bath towels. Very sparsely equiped kitchen. One small and one large glass! 4 mugs of different sizes. No oven.

Two things made the overall stay unpleasant. The bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was too hard and felt like sleeping on wood. Secondly there was just too much noise coming from the street in the room. Of course you can't do anything about the cars on the roads but even when the windows were closed there was still noise (I don't know but maybe something can be done for the isolation of the room)

Access to the place, location, the apartment/space itself (the kitchen, toilets) everything was fantastic. Had other stuff available as well like an Iron, blow dryer etc who need it.

A toaster in the kitchenette would have been handy. The fact that there is no front desk was odd to me but didn't cause any particular issues.

The location was brilliant, I had easy access via the tube to most of London. The room was tidy and pleasant.

You can hear some road noise in the night. If the windows can be sealed more tightly it could be better.

Located the apartment easily and collecting keys as per the instructions was very easy. The room is clean and spacious.
