Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Excellent location - ten minute walk to the harbour. Very well equipped property. Very comfortable beds. Extremely clean. I would have preferred a slightly earlier check-in time or at least a place to leave bags while the flat was being cleaned. I would suggest that the hosts remove the two large clocks that are located in the kitchen as both were really loud and not helpful for restful sleep.

United KingdomOnly thing that could be changed is the flooring throughout the apartment. The kitchen flooring in areas felt spongy and as if there were a few sink patches lying underneath the laminate flooring. The laminate in the front room was riding up in several areas and needs to be either relaid or re-glued but it didn't take anything away from the lovely apartment.
The owners were very efficient getting back to me and gave loads of useful information before getting to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and within a few minutes walk from gunwharf quays. The area was not as glam as I expected, but was pleasantly quiet and relaxing. Bonus, was having a lovely balcony. Well kitted out kitchen and bathroom with everything you needed for a stay. Big TV with Netflix etc and two lovely l shape lounges.

An exceptional stay! I travel a lot for work purposes, and St Georges is at the top of my list of accommodations. The landlords have thought of everything to make this a fantastic experience. Very clean, homely, lovely living room with 2 large settees, table and chairs, books to read, games to play if wanted, quality furnishings, large TV and a lovely, large balcony; the kitchen is modern, fully fitted, bathroom has a huge bath with shower. The bedroom is very good with a comfortable double bed, lush carpet and pull the sliding doors of the wardrobe and you'll find a vanity room with table, seat, mirror and a built in cupboard for clothes storage. The landlords provided fresh milk, bottled water, biscuits, washing tablets for washing machine, cleaning products, every kitchen utensil imaginable, shampoo, shower gel, towels, cotton wool, everything you could ever need! Iron, ironing board, vaccum cleaner, etc.

United KingdomSome visible water damage on the flooring throughout from the past. Additional cooking utensils like a few wooden spoons would have be handy. Preference would be to have a bigger than a double bed - I'm used to a super king size so downgrading to a double is a tough adjustment, but it was only for a few nights!
1 bedroom apartment was in a great location, clean and easy to find and park safely. Only a double bed, probably due to room size. Unexpected hidden vanity unit to dry hair etc behind the sliding mirror door. All cooking facilities were good and clean. Nice balcony available, but did not use as was only there for a few days and was out most of the time. Walking distance to the Mary Rose museum and nice waterfront restaurants.
