Finding a random pubic hair on my face towel……..! Inflated price because Wembley had a function on, room was a bit dirty, not enough pillows, for the money id expect a lot more, bar was shut when we came back from our night out was 11 o’clock, some staff helpful breakfast staff looked like cleaners all staff looked confused about what you wanted

To access the car park you have to get out of the car to speak into the intercom.

There were quite a lot of stains on the carpet throughout the room and significant damage to the cabinet under the fridge in the room. While these didn't impact out stay, it would be nice to see an improvement if we were to stay again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location to access Wembley Stadium, the theatre and shopping/eating facilities. It is a short walk from the closest underground station along a very pleasant Olympic Way. We were able to easily control the temperature and lighting in the room with the smart panels. The room was well stocked with hot drink condiments and the fridge came in handy. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Room carpet frayed, privacy curtain broken, bathroom door didn’t close. No teaspoons with the complimentary tea and coffee.

Room - the room was okay, just a little dated and dark without having the lights on Hotel - Upon getting to the hotel the reception was dated and could do with a refurbishment

Room next door was having a party until 3am, and it look a number of phone calls to sort, with unhelpful feedback from the reception staff

The kitchen lady had communication issues, but courteous.

The room was not tidied on the second day. The location is excellent, next to bus stop. Breakfast - limited choice. The lady receptionist was courteous, cheerful and helpful.

It’s a shame the restaurant has closed for evening use. There is a vending machine for crisps and chocolate which helps but you’d need to eat out.

The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed . It was very quiet and I got an excellent nights sleep. The secure parking was easy to use and had direct access to reception. There was a continental breakfast available with lots of choice next morning. The staff were very polite and friendly. I will be returning in the New Year.

The fact that the £50 deposit wasn't advertised, we have only found that out upon checking-in to the hotel.

The modern design approach to the room layout. Shower and bathroom facilities were great too. Unexpected balcony on the 5th floor where our room was situated.

Restaurant part being closed including the bar. Students filming for uni and they took up all the corridor on floor 3 hard to get in and out of lift.

Parking cost a bit high, only few spaces and parking in the area a nightmare.

I however, found one snag about our toilet door lock that was not in working condition. I at once reported and the girl who came and checked it out at first did not seem helpful. She just waived it off, by shrugging her shoulders by saying there is not much they can do since it being a Sunday. I went along with my son being an adult himself. So my reply to her is that I know it is Sunday, but this is not what a customer who expect when they walk into their room. That this should have all been checked out before giving us the room. I told her about me being a woman and explained the relation of my son and myself. She then told me that she will speak to the concerned and then the girl at the reception called me vide phone to come down to get a key for another room and since I had already been down before the girl came to see our room to report it, I refused to go down and told her that it is not right to ask the customer to come down again. She said because she is alone and cannot leave the Reception. So she said she would send someone else. So we had to move into another room. Other than that, it was all good, the location close to all prime locations.

I liked the room and its cleanliness. The staff are okay. It had good facilities what some hotels do not provide us with a fridge and drinking water. It is reasonably priced.

Carpets were slightly worn in places! The vending machine didn’t seem to be working when we tried it & there seemed to be a small bar area but no one there to serve! It looked a bit sad & deserted! We didn’t have breakfast as that was not included in price! For price of our stay I think it should have been included!

Great to be near Wembley! Comfortable modern room! Pleasant staff! Nice shopping centre nearby with some restaurants! Wagamamas, TGI Friday, Frankie & Bennys! etc!
