Room was not very clean, big lumps of dust on the floor. No mirror ok the bathroom. Bathroom was small and not clean. The shower was suboptimal. Wardrobe was in terrible state. No wifi given. Took more than 10 minutes and several missed call to tell us that the keys were under the rug at entrance. We arrived within the time given to the host. Only one towel given at start despite the booking being for 2, although they gave us a towel the day after we requested for one.

Very close and easy to get to Woolwich station. Good for attending MCM London at ExCeL The bed was comfortable.

Customer service was poor and the property wasn’t comfortable at all due to sound pollution at night from the restaurant and the room TV was completely out of service as there is no WiFi in the property.

The Bed was uncomfortable didn’t sleep well at all,the cupboard under the sink is very dirty including the microwave. The bathroom is very small and to use the toilet was very difficult because it was too narrow . The outside bin was by the window we couldn’t open the window because of the smell it was too much . The house need upgrade.

The room was completely different from the photos on Booking.com. The bathroom was filthy, and the bed was dirty and unkempt. The pillowcases were extremely dirty with a yellow sweat stain. The shelf was broken, the small table had a broken leg, and the wardrobe was broken and dirty. I didn't even want to open the fridge, and there was a lot of dust on top of it. My girlfriend and I decided to change accommodations the very next day. If it had been possible, we would have left immediately, but at 11 PM, finding alternative lodging was not feasible. Despite informing the host about the unacceptable condition of the room and my decision to leave the following day, they made no effort whatsoever to apologize or find a solution.

I didn’t like the fact that I was ignored and had to make my way from London all the way back to Norwich in the same night. In top of the fact that I have not had a refund or received any kind of response from the owner or booking.com

Absolute garbage, I could not get in, the filthy door was disgusting, only 1 out of 4 bolt hold the lock, painting has vanished long time ago, lack of minimum maintenance. Extremely difficult to find the location, the house number not seen from outside, the neighbor knew nothing about this st Antony ensuite. Also an other handicapped local resident helped me to get in, both us kept trying to get hold the given phone number 44 7464 178726. According to the service provider no subscription engaged to this number, consequently it is FAKE. Kept on trying for 30 min to get in and phone without any success, I gave it up, I left this property an booked in a decent Woolwich's hotel I have reported but Bookingcom sent picture and my call history give evidence of the FAKE phone number. Bookingcom ignored my complain, just I've got a polite bullshit reply. AVOID THIS GARBAGE and do not trust BOOKINGCOM either.

Smelly and dirty

First of, I am very glad that I spent less than 10hrs in this place. It was so dirty and uncomfortable. I recommend that anyone that books this place, bring your own bedding, your own towel, bathroom flip flops, and some sanitising spray and wipes. I am had everything except for bedding and felt very uncomfortable getting under the covers that I slept on top of it. The only reason re-assurance that I had that was clean is that the bedding smelt like detergent, same goes for the towels but I did not use them. Big clumps of dusty, toothpaste stains on the sink, toilet had stains in and on it. There was a very unpleasant smell hanging around the room also. This is when I really wished I read the reviews beforehand. I was very happy with the location as it was a 3 minute drive away from where I needed to be, but anything else 0/10.

The description in the booking is not true. Therefore, trust in Booking is falling. Such hotels should be removed from Booking.com. Шf you have very little money and you only need a bed, you can spend the night. The location is bad, there is no service, the toilet and shower are very small and old and impossible to use. There isn't even a small mirror there.

I didn’t like, - I was contacted the day before my stay, 6PM the night before. Saying there is an issue with my accommodation. For the purpose of ‘maintenance issues’, which I later discovered to be an overbooking error. - I was re-accommodated which is great, but it was into a smaller, shared apartment, which is not what I paid for.

I arrived at 5pm and was told that I would need to open up the room I had payed to rent in the next 45 minutes for a house viewing, which was extremely intrusive and unprofessional. When I said I would be going vero the shop, the landlord said “that’s okay, I have a spare key” which printed me to take all my belongings with me to the shop and lock myself in the room at all times. The room was dirty and the mini fridge was switched off upon arrival.
