Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were very nice to deal with, the meals (mostly breakfast) were very good, our room was a great.I. I have no complaints.

United StatesOur room overlooked StAndrews beach--gorgeous sunset, light breezes off the ocean. The room was spacious and immaculate, bathroom the same. We loved the staff--so helpful and accommodating. Dining was divine--we sat in the alcove overlooking the beach--food was exceptional, service was excellent. Wonderful stay--highly recommend this hotel. Also, it's two blocks from the golf course and the beach.

United KingdomThe big problem is getting a car parking space because the hotel has very few - and when we visited 1 was unusable because of poor parking by other guests. Surely the hotel can make arrangements locally for offsite parking?
Location is excellent and all major attractions are walkable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good as was the menu and the quality of dinner when we dined in.

Recently stayed at Hotel Du Vin for three nights with our French bulldog. The hotel is fantastic, and the service, especially from Shannon and Kelsey, was excellent. They accommodated all our requests with ease. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit St. Andrews.

United KingdomThe layout, didn't feel like a traditional hotel. Hotel feels a bit disjointed and the entrance wasn't particularly welcoming. I think in a previous existence the hotels buildings were residential homes that have been transformed into a hotel. The only window in our room was a velux roof window and whilst the room was very smart, it did feel like an attic room which for £295 for one night without breakfast wasn't great value.
Friendly staff and service. Very popular with golf groups the weekend we were there. Very well located and easy walking distance to either the beach or shopping area. Rooms was very smart, bed super comfy and very quiet, we were on the second floor.
