The property was very clean, cosy and brilliant value for money. The room came with a fully stocked mini fridge and basket of goodies all at a very reasonable price, there was even home made shortbread in with the tea and coffee sachets. The staff were all really lovely and helpful wish I would of stayed longer

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, marvellous furnishings tastefully made and characterised by the perfection of the chronicity of its elements. Even the old style telephone!!! Exceptionally clean. Everything top, I loved it. I had only a little perplexity in finding the entrance, perhaps because it was evening and I was tired. The location is not the most convenient without easy access to tube station. Good bus service.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They accommodated to my needs - I was arriving very late and they promptly arrranged for my check-in to happen smoothly regardless.

Well located for access to Clapham Junction and Wandsworth rail stations. Bridge to Fulham only a short walk away. English breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff.

I guess you can't avoid the noise in London. Wandsworth High Street is so very busy with traffic. I was on the road side this time and my room was quite noisy. The last time I stayed I was on the other side of the hotel and it was much quieter, so if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room off of the road side.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Spread Eagle. It's a great little find! The rooms are really quirky. They have the English country house feel. Very clean and comfortable. You do feel like you are in a bedroom in your own home. The bed is nice and big and the bathroom lovely with nice products. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly.

Not as clean as expected. Also, we mentioned we were staying to celebrate our wedding anniversary but there was nothing done to make it an extra special stay.

The entrance isn’t very obvious, we entered the bar, but the staff is very helpful, took us to the hotel side immediately. (If I had to say something I don’t like, probably this is the bit confused me upon check in. But it doesn’t really matter at all, cuz the staff are very helpful)

The double room mattress is specious and firm, very comfortable to sleep in. Shower pressure is great.

Absolutely nothing.

My goodness what a surprise treat! We were looking for a place not too far from Wimbledon at the last minute. Got a very reasonable rate and assumed that it would be the usual pub room that does the job. But it was a very high quality room with lots of small details that you don't get even in 5* hotels. Very well stocked snacks and bar, beautifully designed and decorated and the most comfortable bed/linen/pillows. Only wish we had been staying longer to enjoy it all properly. We arrived late at night and left very early the next morning to join The Queue but reception staff were so friendly and helpful.
