Very clean well equipped, quite, staff very helpful & friendly, set area for my dog, central location to visit beautiful beaches also dog friendly lots of places to take dog, a good place to stay to take part in out door activities as adult or with family

Just a polite tip ........everything was lovely and clean but my friend has allergies and struggled with whatever the linen was washed in it may be worth using non allergenic laundry detergent,if not already used?? This is no reflection on the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Really well equipped caravan with everything you would need.Alan the host was friendly and welcoming!! Fsbulous location central to North Devon.Accesible to beach,lovely towns and villages along the coast. I love North Devon,it was great to be back!!

An ironing board with legs would be easier. More sockets in the living room area, perhaps. We couldn't fault anything really, as it was very clean and comfortable as well as a lovely quiet place to stay. There were clean towels and bedding and we were grateful for the toilet roll and washing up liquid, spray too. The thermostat was kept at a comfortable room temperature which was helpful when the weather changed.

Amazing caravan ,in a beautiful holiday park .owners of the caravan were also amazing with giving you any information that you will need . Inclosed dog area was just a brilliant touch to the park he loved it. Couldn't of asked for more .

The place was very clean, well equipped and quiet. It's also very close to Barnstaple, all the beaches and attractions.

Communication before and during our stay was excellent, very clean and tidy, linen and towels a bonus, well equipped with what you would need from kitchen utensils to books/smart TV, information for days out. The owners were very helpful and dog friendly. Will be returning. Ideal, peaceful location for visiting north Devon.

took ages to warm up , there’s a gap somewhere in the little bedroom but once the fire had been on for a while was cosy . not the owners fault but couldn’t see anywhere to recycle anything on the park?! apart from that, can’t fault . lovely stay and thank you

The only complaint I can think of was the dog walking field and the universal owners who don’t pick up after their dogs!

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for days out. Information left by our hosts was really useful. Dog walking area very useful for those “comfort” walks.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Spacious, clean and tidy, and some nice extras such as bath towels, some kitchen essentials and entertainment, including wi-fi. Communication was excellent, before, during and after our stay.

The location is a little out of the way but was no problem for us as we drove around to lots of different tourist spots!

It’s a lovely clean static with great facilities- we hardly had to bring any of our own cleaning products, or towels. The static also has a lovely decking area outside. Additionally, the owners of the static have put together an incredible booklet with lots of great suggestions of places to visit- we ended up having the best time thanks to their recommendations!

we would rate this property as 1st class,comfortable,clean,an ideal location for walkers and tourist alike,the owners went out their way to be helpful nothing was to much trouble!! we would highly recommend this property and will stay again on our next visit to north devon

The property is great. The site is quiet with no amenities so if your looking for a clubhouse, pool etc this is not for you.

Furnished to a high standard, lots of extra little touches that made it feel like a home from home. Lovely, quiet site, perfect base for exploring North Devon.

the only thing I would say is I would have preferred larger bath towels but that is being picky it was all very nice.

location was perfect. The bed was very comfy with nice cotton bed linen. The caravan was very clean.

Minor personal preferences. A larger TV, a tea pot, a second pillow in the single bedroom. Maybe the container in the shower could be moved to the side or rear wall?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The caravan was very well equipped and very clean. Tarka holiday park was really quiet and peaceful and close to many interesting places. The dog exercise area was excellent. Our hosts Alan and Marie were easily contactable and very helpful.We slept really well in the comfy beds. Sitting on the decking in the sunshine was great 😀

Exceptionally clean with everything required for a comfortable stay. Great location with lots of picturesque villages just a short drive away. The dogs made full use of the exercise area which they loved. Lovely hosts with fab communication.
