Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCould do with some maintenance. For example key cards were reluctant to work room doors, our toilet was hard to flush and it looked like there had been a water leak in our bathroom that had been fixed but not redecorated. Could do with more plug sockets in the rooms
The staff were so lovely and friendly. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The bar area was nice. Everywhere was clean. Beds were comfy. Good that you could use all facilities on the caravan park too

United KingdomThe EV charging bays were all out of order which meant we had to plan a stop on the way home.
We were upgraded to a double room on arrival, the check in was very quick and we were given all the information we needed regarding the facilities in the park. Our room was huge and overlooked the water feature and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was spotless as was the hotel overall and the buffet style breakfast was excellent especially the fresh fruit. The evening entertainment was good with a good quiz, bingo, and vocalist although we did wait over 20 minutes for our drinks order which we’d made using app. The park facilities were good and the system employed in the swimming pool meant it was not overcrowded and there was four life guards constantly around the pool.

United KingdomShower head could not be directed and stay put. Toilet flush had to be pumped several times before it worked and the kids couldn't manage it. In restaurant one evening the bell for our food being ready was rung 5 times before the chef finally brought it out themselves. Only 2 staff and they continued to greet, sit and take new drink and food orders. We didn't eat in there again. Apples in breakfast fruit bowl were rotten
