We ate our evening meal in the hotel and the food was good but the dining room we felt was a bit soulless. There is nowhere else in walking distance to eat. Didn't use the entertainment complex so can't really comment.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Good parking facilities. Easy check in and out.

Breakfast was some times disorganised, one older lady on her own doing everything, very often no eggs, spoons, hash browns, no cups, no decaf coffee, when asked for it which was on the machine, was told it didnt work, no bread, we had to ask for all of the above, every day. she needed another member to help, her. Very few spaces for disabled.

Liked the big bedroom, tea and coffee in the room, nice breakfast,plenty of parking.

We asked for a lake view but got a view of a lot of old caravans stood on a carpark.carpers in lift,corridor and room need a good clean with a carpet washer

The bathrooms really let the rooms down, toilets didn’t flush or drain away and the bathrooms were averagely clean. Hotel room itself is clean, old furnishings. Facilities such a tea station is great but only enough tea bags for one cup of tea which is fine until you have to go down to reception to replenish. Breakfast isn’t a book service and only tables we were offered is outstanding but it had been raining over night therefore the wooden seats were sodden.

The property’s location is fantastic to use the facilities such as the club house and swimming. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and rooms were clean.

The neighbours were a bit noisy and there was a gushing sound from pipes in a cupboard with access only from the corridor which went on for a while during the afternoon. It couldn't have been someone showering.

First room allocated had back view,, changed to a front room, much nicer.

Very comfy bed. Usually a very large bed is two pushed together, here it was just one very large mattress.

The only thing was that the water from the shower didn't go down the bath plughole very well so feet swimming in water in Bath,shower blew hot&cold at times so needing to regulate it more often to get the correct temperature Other than this no problems at all!

The staff were so nice in the hotel and nothing was too much trouble! There was a lovely Thailand lady who was in the breakfast room and she was so kind&helpful(can this be passed into her at all?) A big thanks to her! Lovely hotel facilities and the room had 2 double beds,large TV and very clean. Nice food and pleasant stay,would highly recommend the hotel!

When myself and two children arrived everything looked clean, tidy and parking was simple. However, each day the house keepers made the bed but did not change sheets. Little makeup remained on the white sheets and the bins were not emptied. Breakfast is nice but they do not refresh the fruit. Breakfast is open 7 until 10.30 which is amazing. But we went at 8am and when asked about more fruit the ladies replied "no the rest is for tomorrow." This was a shame for the last two days of our 3nights. Our first Breakfast was amazing and was loving the fruit. Pur room had ivy growing in and I think this needs cutting.

I love that entertainment is great. I love that swimming and breakfast was amazing. A bus is on site which is convenient. Although some critical improvements otherwise it was amazing here. My kids were entertained and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

We was there 3days and the room was only cleaned 1 no time on Saturday,we had to ask for toilet paper etc in the room and every time want for breakfast had to wait for table to be clean and buffet breakfast was not very good,always run out of food and fruit juice was very low and no glass etc.

The fruit salad was always spoiled.

Breakfast was delicious but there were very limited choices. Staff were charming and lovely and so supportive. the hotel was in a resort area with lots of various choices for amusement so we spent most of our time having fun in the hotel. I will choose here again.

No fridge in the room. Booked for a travel cot to be added to the room, we arrived for the late book in that was approved and there was no travel cot, once attaining a travel cot it had a very strong lingering fishy time smell.

Lovely hotel surroundings, very picturesque. Lovely clean spacious room, and a large comfortable bed. The room was nice and clean.

my dad lives just up the road to where southview is. we said in the Hotel. when we got there it was clean and tidy. we went to get the keys from reception went up to the room and the card key wouldn't work something wasn't in the motor to open the door. my sister went fown stairs to get the card sorted which they did to the card still not working so had to wait a good 10 mins for the actual key so we could get in. the room was okay for what we needed it for. the toliet wad broke we told the house keepers to which they said they will inform the maintenance guys. but we went to reception and still nothing wasn't done.!! other then that it was a okay stay to what we needed it for

We had a site maintenance man just walked straight in not knocking. Using his pass to get in we was watching tv at the time but could have been in shower found it very uncomfortable . But we was on tender hooks all the time . Just tried not to think about it it
