The room was very spacious and comfortably furnished. The location was wonderful - in a very quiet road just off the sea front and near to restaurants. The facilities provided (tea tray, kitchenette, TV etc.) were much more than basic. The whole house was spotlessly clean and check in was well managed. Southcote is excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This is a house share, couldn't get parking on the road but the hosts let us park at theirs

Great hosts, lovely and friendly couldnt do enough for us. Clean and comfortable.continental food supplies offered, but we were still full from the meal we had locally the night before.On suite, views of the garden really large room. They made recommendations of where to go locally, let us park at their house.

The owner was very welcome into her home, she explained that she had 2 dogs. She showed us around the kitchen and where the toilet was. She told us bit about weston Super Mare, which was lovely, and we had a lovely view from our room. We went straight to sleep last night. The bed was so comfortable and I felt so refreshed from sleep. The bedroom was fantastic it everything you needed to stay. we recommend staying here if you ever stay. You need to book in advance as they get booked up quickly. Southcote is Fantastic and lovely place to stay. Thank you 😊

This is not a negative but worth mentioning that this is a homestay. This means that the rooms are within the hosts' home. Georgina was very welcoming and she has 2 very well behaved dogs.

The kitchenette on the top floor was very well equipped and we were very impressed that we were provided with bread/butter/jam/cereals/milk/tea/coffee/sugar!

I liked that the room was extremely clean and very spacious. V nice location. Owners were friendly. Yes a bit overlooked but there is a blind just put that down. I liked that there was a kitchenette with essentials (didn't use it but was good to know it was there). It was very kind of them to leave shampoo etc for us too.

Southcote is a lovely house ideally located and near the seafront. The owners keep it immaculate, comfortable and convenient. Our room was very large airy and fresh lwith a very comfortable bed and private shower room. There is also a kitchenette to make simple breakfasts. It is very family friendly. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend.
