We had a problem as it’s was a match day and we were unable to check in until 6pm. We had driven for 6hrs. This was sorted and we changed in the spa and had a drink there. The staff were excellent and we then had an amazing stay xx Thank we will be back again most home games in the football season.

There was a car event on so parking would have been hard work if we hadn't pre-arranged. The restaurant/bar on rooftop gets very busy so if you are going on a weekend, best to book a table ahead of your stay

Nice spacious room, good view of the marina. Bar/restaurant served good food and the dj/music was good. I booked the wrong date and the manager was helpful and allowed me to move without any trouble. Location is very good with lots on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend a 2 night minimum if you want to get the best from it.

We were given an upgraded room, however we had been informed by reception upon check-in that we had a full breakfast included, only to be told it was only a continental on the morning of visiting the breakfast room

the main gripe I have with this hotel is the lack of provision in the restaurants for residents. I walked into the half empty restaurant at about 1.30 to be told it was fully booked for lunch and the next available table was at 6. The two members of staff there could not have been less interested. They suggested I try the roof top restaurant. This was also fully booked. After pressing, they finally agreed to allow me to sit at the bar and order some food. I waited 15 minutes to be served and someone who arrived after me was served first. the staff on reception had been very welcoming and told me to be sure to come back and let them know if I needed help with anything. When I explained about my experience in the restaurants they were quite insistent I should speak to a manager. Unfortunately they failed to mention this person was not working that weekend and I'm still waiting for the call. When I reiterated my concerns on checking out they did make a deduction from the bill in recognition. If you're staying in the hotel, I suggest you visit one of the restaurants on the marina. You'll get a better welcome. I won't be staying here again as I don't think the service reflects the price.

Car parking not ideal. The restaurant food was not as described, was very disappointed. Time in spa with my teenage daughter was limited due to restrictions. Very unfair. Felt very rushed upon check in

Booked this for a birthday surprise for my friend and the whole experience from staff, spa facilities, room and breakfast was exceptional and definitely delivered 5* service throughout the whole of our stay! We will definitely come back for another weekend away!!

Very little thing, the tv didn’t connect to the internet but apart from that no complaints.

Staff were more than accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Room was amazing, clean and amazing views, with complimentary gin, which was a bonus! Facilities were great and everything as expected.

The only downside was the spa area wasn’t very big - there is a pool, a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and when we arrived at the spa, it was packed full of people and all of the loungers were taken so we had to wait for someone to leave to then put our belongings and robes down

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was huge with a ginormous bed and gorgeous view overlooking the harbour, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious too. We loved that there were two restaurants at the hotel, a rooftop bar, a gym and a spa - the hotel literally had everything you need for a weekend away.
