IndiaThe menu is limited but has enough choices. Items are slightly pricier, but they tasted great and the quality of service was excellent!
We could venture out into key attractions as this hotel is centrally located. On an average we sent 25 min. to each of the places of interest and therefore could visit more places than we thought. It's a dog friendly hotel which was great for my pooch. He also received a goodie bag with treats, feeding bowl and a ball which got him super excited! The food was great and the staff courteous with great attention to detail. I have pinned this hotel for any future visits and highly recommend anyone visiting New Forest to stay here.

Breakfast wasn't included so on the last morning we decided to pay for breakfast, bad idea, all was undercooked and not hot,we couldn't finish it,even the coffee was only warm,waste of money. The shower mat wasn't very clean, mould underneath it, the iron had a burn mark on the iron plate, the kettle hadn't been emptied, full of bits. The rooms view was only a view of the car park and a flat roof, water pressure was a joke, expected more for the money I paid, we will not return!

United KingdomVery little that we didn't like, only thing to maybe consider is Aircon. We stayed in the new build and we were very hot during the night even with heating off. Other guests had said they were also hot during the night. The hotel had kindly placed fans in the room to use but these can be noisy when trying to sleep. Being on the ground floor we didn't feel we could have slept with the window wide open.
Many, many positives. Great curb appeal. Very welcoming feel. Staff are very friendly, dogs are very well looked after here. They receive a goodie bag and a bowl of water at every meal. A lovely paddock overlooking local horses for the dogs to exercise and use the toilet. Beautiful bathroom, large, very clean and well maintained bedrooms ( new build ). Food is 10/10, we enjoyed all of our meals.we could see the restaurant was always busy with events such as birthdays. Location is great, walked to the beach within 20 mins. We would love to visit again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very spacious bed comfy with tea/coffee facilities. Small fridge and nice to be able to get bottled water from the bar for free.
