At first it seemed to be very isolated down a deep forest valley, road access very tight. BATH was more accessible than we first feared. The place grew on us however.

Location was lovely. Accommodation was cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. For us it was ideally located for visiting Bath and Bristol.

Not a criticism but I’d recommend people drive in from the town of Peasedown St John as coming in the other way was quite an experience..

Great instructions on everything we needed to know .lovely quiet area , had a nice area to sit outside with a cup of tea and had a very comfy bed . Easy to reach attractions. Park and ride into Bath 10 mins drive.. not that far away from longleat.. (definitely worth a visit )

Lovely location and everyone was so friendly. It was quite tranquil and picturesque what more could you ask for. It’s a beautiful getaway take provision though as it’s rural but I love that.

Only one small niggle which is slightly unfair but the television! Couldn't seem to get anything on it, no Freeview although that was reported in the accompanying guide. If anything it added to switching off and enjoying the accommodation and surroundings more.

Fantastic place, very inviting and felt like home! The garden area was blissful and peaceful, loved the pond with a relaxing sound of the stream at the side of the property. The area was quiet and it felt safe with some amazing, helpful locals. Highly recommended place for a proper break from noise and stresses of daily life.

Not a dislike and it’s stated in the description however park is a little tight if another car is on the drive way- as long as your a decent driver you’ll be fine 🙂

Self contained quiet little hide away, good location shops etc within driving distance, lodge is clean tidy and comfortable.

There was no terrestrial TV although this was possibly due to signal issues as we also didn't have a mobile phone signal. The outside area could do with a bit of TLC in particular the decking area.

The location of the property being close to Bath and in particular the Park and Ride into Bath only being 10 minutes away by car. The peacefulness of the property which was extremely well equipped. A most comfortable stay.

Beautiful, quiet lodge tucked away. Well equipped and exactly what I needed for a wedding nearby.

The only thing I would change would be the shower. It is a lovely powerful shower, however, as bigger people my husband and I struggled as it is in the centre of the cubicle rather than at either end.

The location was lovely, very pretty surroundings. You definitely require a car/own transport.

Great location and the settings were good. So peaceful really enjoyed the stay here. Not far from bath centre which we mainly spent our days out in the town. Also recommend visiting cheddar

Nothing really Only minor point i can think of is that outside area and decking could do with a bit of a spring tidy to clear up some of the winter debris.

Peaceful location, ideal for a relaxing break. Cabin has everything you need and felt extremely private and safe. The Park and ride in Bath was only a 10 minute drive away, so an excellent location for day trips in the area. Could have stayed much longer at the cabin - we loved it!

No faults at all!

We loved staying here, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation had everything you could need, and was very stylish. The gardens were beautiful. I can just image what it would be like in the summer time.

Only negative had was the timing on heaters. Didn't come on when expected they might. But this didn't cause too much on an issue.

The facilities were excellent and the lodge was very comfortable. Giles was a lovely host and very welcoming on arrival.
