Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainSpace for 4 adults is just right. The quality of the sofa bed is not good at all. The mattresses are not of good quality. Overall, it was not particularly clean and not very comfortable for 4 people.
Reception keeps to the timetable and explains what is necessary for access. They were friendly and kept our luggage for us before returning to the airport.

United KingdomCould do with better pillows or two each. Found a coverless cushion in bottom of wardrobe and had to use that. Rooms need carpet or large rug to dampen the sound, upstairs were very loud as we're the cleaners, very early. Better fitting bathroom door, gaps either side.
The location is brilliant. All the amenities in the room and the bathroom was lovely too. Loved the round bedside lamps.

IrelandThis hotel is great value for money and the location is excellent. Spotless bathroom and beds. Unfortunately my sofa bed didn't open so I slept on the sofa which was ok as I'm petit. The staff assured me the next morning that they would have been able to help. The kitchenette clean and with the utensils to prepare breakfast.

United KingdomWe had a blocked sink so I ask the guy on reception to try find a plunge then he said if he does he will let me know if not he will let the cleaning staff know to sort it in the morning. Didn’t hear anything after that and had a blocked sink for the duration of our stay.
Temperature was just right and easy to access the city.

United KingdomWe were put into room four which was right next to reception. It was far too close to the front of the property and we could hear the front phone ringing from our room. Not incredibly private so I would ask next time to be put in a different room.

United KingdomHowever, the walls is a bit thin and you could hear ppl from outside. The TV channels were something i dont enjoy and the microwave is a bit hard to use.
Its a good value, paid one person room for £69. The area is roughly 7 mins to paddington station. They allow me to check in early which is very convenient and allow storing luggage there and staffs are really nice, asked me how was my stay here.
