When we arrived the room hadn't been cleaned due to a miscommunication between the staff. The owner of the property was not on site and we didn't meet him at all during our stay. After a message to the owner, me and my friends returned to Comic Con for a few hours while the room was cleaned. When we came back it was all clean and we even had fancy bedding (butterflies and flowers) for the trouble and state of the room previously. Some of the neighbouring rooms were playing loud music past midnight, but again, a message to the owner and the issue was resolved with the threat that the bluetooth speaker would be taken off them until the morning. Which is only reasonable since it is illegal to play loud music past 11pm.

The beds were really comfortable. The place was easy to find and was cheep and cheerful, only 3 miles away from the exhibition centre where Comic con was being held that we attended. The shower was lovely.

The windows in our room didn't close properly, and there was only basic blinds so the room was bright and noisy in the morning. No shower gel or shampoo provided which was a little disappointing.

Basic but clean and spacious. Good price and fairly convenient for Factory Project. No staff on site but the person via DM was very helpful.

The bed side table and the table lamp were full of dust. The mattress is uncomfortable, super soft and can feel and hear the springs when you turn in the night. We had only one towel each for 2 nights, no bath products available (only hand soap). The green light for the emergency exit is way too bright! We've been pretty unlucky with other guests, they've been noisy until 2.30am, they've been screaming and going up and down the stairs, that are just outside the room door and we could hear everything!

I liked that the room has an iron board and iron. The shower and the toilet were really clean. Towels were clean, super white. Car park available but not too far from the city centre.

The window was broken, we couldn’t close it. We had issues with hot water, the first one was solved immediately by the owner but it was gone once again on our last day and we didn’t have time to contact the owner and we left without taking owner but we didn’t like that we had to contact the owner so frequently for a simple hot water issue. Also, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The location of the apartment is not good for long stays.

the code we were given for the lock box was wrong, the walls were paper thin and could hear the other guests speaking, there was not even shower gel in the shower.

Area not good , stairs too steep, paper cups fire exit sign is like laser kept me awake. Bed very small with cheap mattress blinds broken in need of repair.Quite expensive given the comfort and lack of facilities.

Were not informed of an extensive security deposit until the day of check in which the owner of property took much longer to refund than agreed and was difficult to contact. Main light in one bedroom didnt work and only had access to a lamp.
