Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBroken door lock. Very loud neighbours upstairs at 3am. Other guests that were booked to stay got their booking cancelled upon arrival with no where else to go. Very expensive for the quality.
Good location to the stadium. Good size apartment.

United KingdomWhen we arrived the room hadn't been cleaned due to a miscommunication between the staff. The owner of the property was not on site and we didn't meet him at all during our stay. After a message to the owner, me and my friends returned to Comic Con for a few hours while the room was cleaned. When we came back it was all clean and we even had fancy bedding (butterflies and flowers) for the trouble and state of the room previously. Some of the neighbouring rooms were playing loud music past midnight, but again, a message to the owner and the issue was resolved with the threat that the bluetooth speaker would be taken off them until the morning. Which is only reasonable since it is illegal to play loud music past 11pm.
The beds were really comfortable. The place was easy to find and was cheep and cheerful, only 3 miles away from the exhibition centre where Comic con was being held that we attended. The shower was lovely.

Basic but clean and spacious. Good price and fairly convenient for Factory Project. No staff on site but the person via DM was very helpful.

United KingdomThe bed side table and the table lamp were full of dust. The mattress is uncomfortable, super soft and can feel and hear the springs when you turn in the night. We had only one towel each for 2 nights, no bath products available (only hand soap). The green light for the emergency exit is way too bright! We've been pretty unlucky with other guests, they've been noisy until 2.30am, they've been screaming and going up and down the stairs, that are just outside the room door and we could hear everything!
I liked that the room has an iron board and iron. The shower and the toilet were really clean. Towels were clean, super white. Car park available but not too far from the city centre.

We had issues with hot water, the first one was solved immediately by the owner but it was gone once again on our last day and we didn’t have time to contact the owner and we left without taking owner but we didn’t like that we had to contact the owner so frequently for a simple hot water issue. Also, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The location of the apartment is not good for long stays.
