Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I walked into the flat after a long day travelling in cold weather and it was so quiet, warm and welcoming. Shower was good, bed comfortable. Great location for town centre and ferry/trains. Next time I’m in Oban, will definitely stay again.

A perfect stay, thank you. It is a beautiful wee apartment with everything you could possibly need. Great location near centre of town but quiet enough for a good night of sleep. A cosy place to spend time, wish we could have stayed for longer! Lyndsey was a great host, really thoughtful and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again :-)

Very cute, cosy apartment. The owner has added many lovely small touches which enhance your stay. Comprehensive compendium in room with some great local recommendations. Easy walk to the sea, shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

ChileI stayed for 3 nights, and I was so happy to have booked this wonderful place. It was the perfect place to stay and to have privacy and peace. The flat is beautiful, clean and full of wonderful details. The flat is walking distance of everything you need: buses, train, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The neighbourhood is quiet and perfect for peaceful nights sleep. Instrucions for check-in and to find the flat were super clear and easy to follow, and the same with the check out. If you have the opportunity, you have to stay at Lindsey's place. You won't regret it. I would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for your wonderful hospitalility

Gorgeous little place to stay. Lots of wee personal touches made it feel so welcoming. Close to everything in Oban, perfect location. Big Tesco is just a 2 min walk away so we were able to cook a nice meal and enjoy the flat 🥰 comfy bed, warm, cosy and had everything we needed for a night away. There was fresh milk in the fridge, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water 😍 Thank you 😊
