Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot clean at all despite having to wait extra time for the property to be cleaned, there were still items from the previous stay in the fridge and the bathroom plus the floors were still dirty. This next bit did not bother me too much as I was out most of the time, but it is a point to be made for anyone looking to stay. The upstairs neighbour seems to always be in no matter what time of the day you might be in the property, the whole time all you can here is the thudding of someone (I think a child) running throughout the house upstairs. it is constant and would likely spoil a lot of people’s enjoyment of their stay.

Paid £216 for Saturday and Sunday night however it was a scam!!!! Tried contacting the host numerous times by text, phone call and even using the booking.com messaging service however we were totally ignored!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT AS IT IS A SCAM!!!! This is the second ‘skyline’ apartment which has been a scam in Swansea!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! Will be taking this further as £216 isn’t exactly a small amount of money these days!!!

United Kingdomthe place was so messy, the bathroom sink was leaking and it stinked so bad as soon as we would enter it, duvets and bed sheets were dirty, they had so many stains on them, and the owner would never pick up his phone whenever we would call and would call back after one or two days.

IrelandExtremely poor. Sofa bed wasnt a bed - asked for a duvet but never arrived. Other peoples dirty linen/towels in a cupboard. Couldnt use the bathroom sink as it flooded the floor. Skirting boards held on with sellotape. Noise from the people upstairs ensured there was no sleeping….despite buying earplugs. Everytime they used water upstairs the sinks made noises in the apartment. Worst place we ever stayed - left a day early.

United KingdomThe mattress and pillows were really cheap and thin and so the bed was very uncomfortable. Outside the flat was strewn with rubbish, it was disgusting. There was a flashing light directly outside the bedroom window.Both of these issues were reported but not fixed whilst there I wouldn't stay here as a woman alone as the entrance is on a poorly lit run down street
