The host doesn’t answer the phone. We were given the wrong code to access the key and when calling the host he didn’t answer. The shutters close so you can’t access your car without calling him over and over and he still doesn’t answer. The cleaner is very rude and hostile. There’s a lot of road noise & loud car engines due to the location being above a shisha lounge.

It is a very modern and well furnished property.

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. I wouldn’t even wish my worst enemy to live there. I booked the apartment without reading reviews. I realised reading reviews is really important. What’s irritating is the owner does nothing for a change, the same complains that people had 4 months ago is exactly what I went through last week. I arrived and the key safe wouldn’t open because I was provided with an incorrect password on booking. Com . My phone was off and couldn’t reach anyone. Later on after waiting outside for a long time I managed to make a call only to be told the password was changed. Like seriously, the password was changed and you don’t even bother giving me the correct one. The Wi-Fi password which they provided on Booking. Com wasn’t the correct Wi-Fi. Stayed for a day without Wi-Fi only to be told the correct Wi-Fi is on the first floor. Why not just put all that correct information on booking. Com. The bathroom was smelling and the smell kept getting worse. The owner will ignore your phone calls and text so don’t count on him for anything. The whole apartment ended up smelling like a sewage. I asked one of the cleaners to fix the problem for me and she said she has tried to do that before but now they is nothing she can do because the smell is coming out of the bathroom drain. The owner was aware of the situation, he knew the apartment smells like sewage due to drainage issues but he decides to still put the apartment for rent anyway. Selfish people who only think of making money without giving a damn about other people. The apartment which smells like sewage should be out of service. Don’t be deceived by the pictures you see on booking. Com. It’s nothing like the pictures. Staying in that apartment was really traumatic for me.

The light wasn’t working. The room did not look like the pictures, it was rather dirty, there was hair on the wall in the shower cubicle, the bathroom smelt of cigarettes (very strong), the room was a bit dirty and run down. The headboard was broken. The area didn’t feel safe, next to a nightclub so lots of creepy men!

The code for the lock box was wrong, had to wait for 45 mins before my sister guessed the code the for lockbox and we got in. Slow replies from the host.

The bathroom was dirty and there was a dirty bar of soap in the shower, the WiFi was not working I had to use my hotspot, there was only one battery in the remote, the light did not work, the bed was really uncomfortable, the room was dusty, the communication with the owner was very poor did not resolve the issue only issue he resolved was sending a cleaner to clean the shower, the key was not in a key safe it was in a drawer downstairs 2 flights of stairs and the place smelt of cigarettes. There was decoration from the night before (Valentine’s Day)

This place is the worst place to stay, I won't advise my enemy to book this place, waited for hours before I could check in, the host gave me wrong wifi password, tv not working, heater wasn't working as well.i was cold all my stay. The host refused picking up or address the issues

The place was absolutely disgusting with ZERO hygiene in mind. It smelt like a crack house from before entering the place. A disgusting mop was left out with stains every where, bathroom full of mould and electrical wires left cross the sink. Left within 5 mins of entering the place. Don’t even waste your time with this place. Owners are not responsive and genuinely pretty worthless.
