You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Fantastic lodges. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. We were attending a wedding at Guardswell Farm and we had plenty of room.and mirrors to get ready. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was an additional bonus...it wasn't clear on booking.com that we had that. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

United KingdomPrior to arriving, we had asked how well equipped the kitchen area would be ie dish cloths, drying towel etc. We were told everything would be provided only to arrive and find no drying cloths and staff not too impressed when we questioned this. Seemed a bit extreme to have us strip the beds, load all bed linens and towels into the laundry bag and leave this out, as well as emptying bins. Felt a little like all the bleaning had been done for the lodge before we checked out and made for a slightly stressful check out.
Brilliant size of lodges, extremely comfortable. Beds a little small (small double rather than normal double) but so comfortable. The place was spotless on our arrival. Staff very helpful when asked for help with a few things. Beautiful surroundings and extremely well sound proofed.
