I don’t know where to start - this was a very spontaneous 1 night trip and we were completely blown away! The attention to detail, all the small little bits (fire set up, Welsh cakes, fresh milk…) the overall atmosphere, location and especially the honesty shop which serves the best fresh farm food for a very affordable price (we even stocked up for the road) overall and unforgettable experience and we will 100% be back again for longer 10/10

The location is stunning and the shepherd's hut was just so lovely. We slept so well in this beautiful valley and woke to the most amazing views. Best place to stay near Aberystwyth. We'll definitely be back.

It was really quiet, with superb views and the nice company of the sheep and horses. The hut was very clean and well equiped. First time for us in a tiny house and we loved it.

Absolutely fantastic getaway from the city and to experience some quiet time. The hut was very clean, snug and comfortable, with all details very carefully thought out. The honesty shop provided us with a nice selection for breakfast. Communication with the host was friendly and smooth. The outside bath and firepit were a nice touch and we would have used them if the weather had been nicer. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Literally nothing not to like.

Outstanding. We will be back. A fantastic place to stay for a couple visiting the area. The attention to detail and the work that has gone into creating a great experience is superb; if you ever wanted to set up a glamping site come and stay here and learn how to do it. Also brilliantly doggie friendly. I almost didn't want to write a review because I want to be sure there is availability when we want to come and stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! So peaceful and pretty! We walked over the sheep’s field via a public path which was lovely. Hosts were superb. There’s an honesty shop on site with some bits which is a fabulous touch! Dog friendly, our pooch loves her stay!

Had the most amazing stay for two nights celebrating our wedding anniversary. Hut was immaculate and well stocked with lots of little treats - popping corn and hot chocolate were a particular favourite. Despite the miserable weather we braved the outdoor private bath and what a magical experience to sit in the warm water under the night sky (even if it was cloudy!) The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything, the log burner packed a punch even though it was small, the bathroom was beautiful and it was all so clean! The on-site 24hr honesty shop was unbelievable. Such a tiny space but so many things, from local produce to big brand products everything you might need to make your stay perfect - if there is anything else needed, a large supermarket is only a 10 minute drive away. Sarah and Shaun were only a message away, really helpful without being intrusive. Really sad to have already left but can’t wait to go back again!

The whole experience was amazing top to bottom. If you're debating on this, just book it. Cabins are lovely, area is amazing and the outdoor bath is quality. Something very different. Staff amazing and very accommodating. On site shop was a lovely touch too. We will be back

Almost nothing. The country lanes around & about are very narrow & cars fly around a little quickly so walking/running on them felt a little precarious. And there's no pub or cafe or shop or village really within walking distance. But that's more than compensated for by the peace & beauty. And there's a little shop on site.

The Shepherd's Huts are really well fitted out & cosy. Small but contain everything you need. Fabulously comfy bed, gorgeous little shower room with great shower & lovely toiletries,well-equipped kitchen area, lovely little enclosed garden for the dog to chill out in. Bath on the side decking. A firepit (not that we used it but we saw others enjoying theirs). Very friendly but unintrusive hosts. And a beautiful & peaceful location to unwind in. Oh, and dog-friendly too.

Silver fern glamping has everything you need for a relaxing break the accommodation is perfect and hosts have thought of everything you may need . The location is incredible close enough to town but far enough to feel like your in the country with stunning views .

Very private, clean and cozy. Fenced in garden and secure field for our dogs. Cooking facilities were amazing and everything you could think of provided for you. There was also an honesty shop on site which was really convenient!

Spoke to the hosts beforehand and asked if they could do something as my wife and I had got married the weekend before and they left a bottle and a card in the room for us which was a very nice touch. The views were amazing and the accommodation was clean and comfy.

There was nothing we could fault everything was there for you .The shepherds hut was so cosy it just perfect nothing the owners can do to improve anything it's perfect as it is best night's sleep I have had in a long time the shower is amazing with the most beautiful smelling toiletries and beautiful fluffy towels we just loved it thank you for such a perfect few days
