Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The property is within walking distance of the city centre but far enough out to be quiet. A parking disc was provided for free on road parking. The landlady was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She provided valuable local knowledge about the location and was very helpful. The property is clean and our room was spacious. There were tea and coffee facilities and we could have had more if required. Toiletries were also provided. Breakfast was by choice, was plentiful and tasty. We were told we could use the dining room at any time and a microwave and fridge were provided.

Lesley the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Location is great a short distance from the centre of Worcester even on foot. Breakfast was good both the cooked and uncooked options. Room was spotless with tea and coffee making facilities available.

Best breakfast ever! Loved the sausages especially 😋. Very comfortable bedroom with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us because a very easy walk into town so we didn't use our car at all during our stay. Friendly helpful lady there. Made us very welcome

Everything is so clean and fresh what a great host as well. The bathrooms look brand new with freshly laid carpets etc. How water and central heating nice bath and shower and a great breakfast. My truck broke down so stayed here for the 1 night which could lead into 2 nights and il definitely be back. Thank you to the great host

United KingdomBlinds didn't quite cover windows so didn't always feel that private. Wi-Fi was a little temperamental for streaming. Rooms at the front of property probably not ideal for light sleepers as on a main road.
Host was lovely, knowledgeable about the town and made a great breakfast. The room room was a good size and tastefully decorated, and the bed a good size and comfortable. It was in a great location, easy to get to the city centre and railway station.
