Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great chalet with everything you'd need for short/mid term stay. All new inside, including kitchen stuff, decent size of bedrooms and bathroom with bath. There was even some food in the fridge: some OJ, milk butter and toast bread, so no need to rush to the shops right away.

United KingdomIt’s lovely and unique that the place is pet friendly, even though we did not bring a pet, I believe it’s a good thing. But the rug and the sofa had a dog smell, that was a little bit off.
Clean, newly and nicely refurbished, lovely place in a great location. Friendly communication, easy and stressless stay! Perfect for family stay even with little children! Has all you may need from kitchen utensils to clean beds and bathroom. The property wasn’t hot on a very hot day.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, modern and comfortable. Really well stocked with everything you could need, really appreciated being left some bread, milk, butter etc! It was a quiet area but not too far from the centre of the resort. It was easy to access the beach too. Easy to park the car close by.

Absolutely excellent all round. The chalet is brand new, perfectly decorated, modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. Kelly provided biscuits, milk, juice, bread, butter and a lovely fluffy owl that my two boys loved at bed time! The chalet is a short walk to cafes and the gorgeous sandy beach. Kelly kindly provided members passes to enjoy the facilities - the swimming pool was warm, with a slide which the kids loved and then we had a great time watching the entertainment and enjoying the disco in the evening. I cannot recommend this accommodation or host enough. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

I travel often and the fact that there is coffee, tea and sugar available to guests is normal, but here we were pleasantly surprised because the host provided bread, eggs, milk and juice to start our stay. Beds very comfortable and a big plus is the bath in the bathroom. The houses are spread out far from each other, which is rare in such resorts. Which gives me more privacy.
