Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Steve the host made us feel very welcome, he even let us park our bikes at the rear of the building where it was secure. Location is great, only a short walk from many attractions. The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast (full English) was one of the best. Thanks to all at the Sherwood.

Our stay was excellent & I can't put into words how welcome you are made from when you arrive to when you leave. The rooms are spotless & the bed was so comfy. The breakfast was amazing & there was nothing to fault. Steve & Lynn could not do enough to make your stay so welcoming & made sure that you were enjoying your stay. If there was anything they could do to help they'd go above & beyond. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay!

What a little gem. The couple that owned it couldn't make you feel more welcome or at home. You arrive as a guest but leave feeling more like a friend. They are hoping to retire soon, and it's well deserved. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was a little on the small side, but we didn't stay in it much, only to sleep. We will definitely try to return before they leave 😀😀

The room was compact, yet very comfortable and shower was lovely and hot. Great to have a large lounge and bar where we all could chat. The breakfasts were AMAZING ... absolutely brilliantly cooked by Steve. Also lovely fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals were there too. All the staff were so very friendly , just lovely!

United KingdomThe location was perfect- Just near central, North Piers and the winter gardens. We just had the full English which was served hot. There was also cereal and fruit available. There was a large pot of tea and fresh fruit juice. Free parking around the back of the property. The couple running the B and B where lovely and very helpful. There was free Wi-FI.
