Everything was perfect, Josh greeted us he was really welcoming the hut is a gorgeous place, short walk down the river where we had a little fire and drinks such a lovely evening

Excellent location. We could look at that view everyday! Everything we needed within the Shepherd’s Hut, and fantastic contact prior to and on arrival from the owners, Josh and Vanessa.

Nothing, only thing I would suggest is how incredible a hot tub would be in such a private location for that perfect getaway and potentially a 2 night stay.

The Hut had everything you needed for its size, Vanessa was a great host, the location was perfect for us with gorgeous views and a short drive into Llandudno and Snowdon.

There is nothing to dislike

Loved the seclusion and the peace and quiet. It's far enough away from Conwy centre that if you don't want to go into town or want to feel away from it all you can. But it's close enough if you like a walk to get into town and wander round There is a really nice pub close by just up the road. The food is good. Vanessa the owner is lovely. Very friendly and warm and also really wants the shepherds hut to the the best it can be for the people who stay there. The hut itself is clean, modern, and convenient. Feels spacious and the view is fantastic. It's quiet at night and in the mornings apart from the birds and animals Couldn't recommend it enough.

We had the most amazing couple of days at the Shepherds Hut! The location is simply stunning with gorgeous views and the hut itself is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The host, Josh, was very helpful and friendly! We 100% recommend this place and will be back soon.

The hut boasts amazing views and an extremely cosy, well-designed space that was spotlessly clean. The hosts are lovely, including Nigel the cat, and the secluded location, comfy bed, and great shower all contributed to a fantastic stay.

Very minor but there didn’t seem to be much cutlery and the plug in the sink wasn’t holding water.

A huge thank you to Vanessa - a wonderful helpful hostess. She gave a brief but thorough guide around the hut and its amenities. The heating was spot on: the wood stove fire quickly heated the property, and the underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensured an extra level of toasty-ness. My partner wanted to take the bed home - it was that comfortable, and she's a tough audience. The location was a treat, perfect for a couple days relaxing overlooking the river and peaks.

The hut has such amazing views, listening to birds, sheep and the sounds of the river in the morning was just so delightful. My daughter and I enjoyed the Welsh teacakes and the fire burner. It was such a cosy hut. The bed was really comfortable and liked there were a few games to choose from. The staff were really friendly from the moment we arrived. Absolutely amazing night away with my daughter

Lovely and isolated with fabulous view. Very windy but felt safe and secure. Great to have log burner and underfloor heating. Bed comfortable. Games provided. Little kitchen had all we needed. Lots of parking. Lovely hosts and great communication to make everything go smoothly.

The property is a unique hut , but features all you would need and more for a short break. Tasteful additions including a log burner and pull down comfortable double bed are a brilliant use of space and a really unique stay like no other. The views are exceptional of River Conwy and Josh/Vanessa are brilliant hosts and thought everything through! Well worth a visit, we will certainly return.
