I wished all the visitors followed to the rule of not wearing shoes around the property ;-)

Modern standard at the property. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable room with ample of storage space. Clean bedding and towels provided. My stay at this property was relatively inexpensive. In my opinion the standard of this property surpassed the standard of some of the hotels that I happened to stayed in during my time in Liverpool. Very welcoming, kind and super friendly manager. I would definitely recommend :-)

I always expect the property to be perfectly clean and this one was clean, but not as perfect as it could be. Little bit noisy from the outside.

Room was just enough for what we needed - nice place to sleep over and have a rest and shower. Kitchen is huge, very well organized and has everything you need for the stay. Property is on a walk distance (10-15- min) from Anfield stadium. Host Brett is simple, kind and helpful lad. Everything went smooth and easy. Neighborhood is a bit rough and not so close to city center, but if you want to experience ordinary life of a working class this is a perfect spot and Uber is not expensive.

One of the best accommodations I've seen in a while. A nice room, well furnished. Excellent spacious kitchen with everything you need in it. Location's ok, not very far from the centre. Newsham Park is just across the street.

The location is a bit far off the centre but there is a bus running just down the road, so it’s not really a big issue.

The instructions were clear and simple. The room was nice with an en-suite. The bed was comfortable. Everything was fine!

Everything was great, but it would be nice to have some curtains in the room, because the shades are not quite enough, and in summer the room is completely bright by 6am. Also, the bed linen was a bit shorter than the mattress, which was a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious, though.

The room was great and the location easily reachable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the check-in and check out process was really easy. Everything looks modern and very new.

Well, where should I start… Firstly – did my stay meet expectations? Expectations depend –– if price and level fine? Yes!! Definitely! Excellent! And close to everything! Then – my flight got cancelled – so got a room for one more night! Took a while to get the go ahead and key - because depended for other bookings to be giving feed-back…So, I got a room – best one – no 2 – for free! Thanks to caretaker Brett and owner Daniel! Added extra value over my stay for 5 days to have a change to meet both and conversations was very inspiring!

Great location rom Anfield, quick walk to stadium. Modern facilities and the staff (the angry ranga LOL) was very helpful and friendly. Cheap but very nice accommodation.

The instruction says that the room number is mentioned on the booking confirmation but we couldn’t find it. It would be great if Room Number could be highlighted in the message

Located close to the heart of the clty which is accessible by Bus/ Taxi or even walk if you are up for it. Every instruction was so clear that you don’t need to ask anyone (we did though :P, some confusion with the room number).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place in Liverpool and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the location of the guest house. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet was only a short distance from Liverpool's vibrant city center. It's worth noting that the guest house has been recently renovated, and it shows - the entire property feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located place to stay in Liverpool.

Daniel was very helpful in assisting me with an earlier than expected check in, was helpful in keeping my bags safe whilst my room was prepared whilst I went to the football match, location is fantastic for Liverpool home games and not too far from from the city centre, room was very comfortable and clean, highly recommended for a stay in liverpool

Room layout too jumbled up. Had to keep moving kettle to electric point. Dust on skirting boards. Bed was the biggest issue, not a doubled but more of a three quarters bed. Springs pushing through mattress and sagging in the middle of bed. Shower door does not stay shut and 2 towels is not enough for a couple.

Accommodation reachable by bus #11/12/13/18. Simple room with small toilet/shower. No frills but still comfortable. Very good Wi-Fi and television. Nice kitchen downstairs.
