Beautiful guest house in an equally beautiful scenic area. Rooms clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Host is excellent with nothing too much trouble. Nice breakfast. If you're lucky you get to see the deer in the orchard. Definitely recommended.

The room, the fancy VELUX windows (could get a light breeze flowing through the room), the balcony and view, spotting deer in the orchard, the breakfast, talking to fellow guests, visiting the farm shop next door. It really felt like a relaxing weekend away. Elide was so helpful, would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The room smelt of mothballs and was noisy with car traffic when the window was open.

The property was beautifully clean, well equipped and Ellie warm and friendly. A tasty breakfast was had with a lovely view across to Stratford.

We had an amazing view with lots of wildlife, deer, rabbits, squirrels and many different breeds of bird, stunning to look at from our balcony. The accommodation was very comfortable, immaculately clean with everything needed thought of. Elide was a perfect host for our 2 night stay, along with a sumptuous breakfast topped off with perfectly baked homemade bread. Highly recommended.

A really comfortable serviced ensuite room with all the extra touches you could ask for. Our host Ellie was so welcoming and her attention to detail was super. The breakfast isn't just a breakfast; the bread is freshly made, the jam homemade using fruit from their orchard etc and the dining room has the most spectacular view! The location was perfect for touring Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon, lovely and quiet but just a few miles from these places. We really enjoyed our stay :)

It was bliss! Very calming beautiful views! The most attentive host, could be more helpful. So clean and welcoming, parking was easy, and breakfast was unreal. The best bread! I would defiantly stay here again!

Some unavoidable traffic noise from the road overlooking our room.

Extremely pleasant and helpful host. Comfortable room and excellent lounge and dining room overlooking garden and countryside Breakfast excellent,freshly prepared with a good choice. Located approximately 4 miles outside Stratford but a Park and ride bus service close by.

Had to be careful backing into the parking space in front of the garage, directly from the road due to possible traffic both ways, although not a busy road.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast, including fruit, juices, cereals, toast and well cooked breakfast. This was efficiently served to tables with clean cloths and serviettes. Location had lovely views with an easy drive into Stratford Upon Avon. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Only negative was the parking as driveway is on a blind bend and you feel like you take your life in your hands as you reverse in. You approach the property via a set of steps going down, leading from the driveway so may not be good for people with mobility issues.

Good size room with everything you need, and stunning views to wake up to. Great to have separate a lounge area to sit in of an evening, and loved watching the wildlife in a morning at breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with home made bread and preserves and perfect poached eggs.
