It's an old and small building. It's worn out and the beds and bathroom were so so tiny.

Location to the tube. Paddington station was so close! Clean sheets, very quiet considering the location!

A few rooms we had booked didn't have great ventilation after a few showers, but nothing unmanageable. The stairs were steep getting to the 4th floor, but again, not the end of the world.

Very close to Paddington station and great value for money. Room doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but still included tea, soap, towells, and a mini fridge. At the price point, there isn't much to complain about, you get what you pay for, and that suited us perfectly.

There was not a hand towel in bathroom or bath mat and room wasn't good if you had health conditions with all the stairs found it a really struggle

The stairs are a struggle with heavy suitcases and the rooms are small so hard to put your cases anywhere. Some beds (mattresses) need updating as you feel the springs when lying down. They are tired and the inner spring has worn.

The location is perfect. 2 min walk to underground, 5 min walk to Kensington Gardens. The shower had great water pressure and was super hot. Fridges in rooms. Some reception staff were helpful, however the reception in the afternoons weren’t helpful at all and in fact were quite rude.

The room didn't have drinking water (a sign not to drink the tap water) and there was no sign whether that would be available in the hotel.

Friendly staff and easy check-in, as well as a lovely breakfast with fresh waffles. We slept superbly with our window towards the quiet square. Amazing location near Paddington station, super easy for the Heathrow Express

Because it is a really old building, you can tell they had to build a bathroom in the room since it doesn't quite fit the room and you have to squeeze between the twin bed and the wall of the bathroom to get to the other twin bed which is against the window wall and to get to the kettle so it was a little awkward. The bathroom was clean but teeny tiny. Only one person can be in there at one time for sure as you step in, you face the sink and immediately to your right was the toilet and immediately to the left is the shower. Literally no room to move in there. It served its purpose though.

Good location, and easy to find, right by Paddington station with a lot of options for food nearby and easy access to get anywhere in London via train through Paddington station and bus too. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a lounge/game room with vending machines although I didn't use it. I was by myself although I had a twin bed room and it was fine for the purpose. It was clean. There was a kettle with mugs and assortment of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and sugar, with a hair dryer. As it was a very old building it had a fireplace in the room (non working of course) and very high ceilings. I didn't experience any issues while I was there. There was a fan in the room which I appreciated.

Difficult to move up and down with big luggage as there is only a narrow stair. Soundproof of the room is poor. I could easily hear people walking up and down.

The breakfast 'menu' was not really diverse, there were no vegetables for example, not even some tomatoes etc. The room was not the cleanest, although they came to give clean towels. The bathroom was very tiny, considering it was supposed to be a room for 6 guests.

The location is right next to Paddington station which is convenient. The waffles at breakfast were very tasty.
