A bit of limescale on the showerhead but apart from that it was good.

The staff were great, the bed was extremely comfortable, the location was easy to get to and the bathroom was nicely done.

Love the location and the room. Although it’s a bit small .. we have stayed in this area and expected that . The room was comfortable and I love being able to open windows for fresh air on a brisk day .

We had a bit of a snafu with the room at checkin where someone was already in the room. This concerned us. They were quite apologetic and then moved us to a different room (of course) and made a big deal about it being a nicer room. We've been there before and it was not as nice as the one we had had and was on the first floor, so really not a nicer room. That was a bit annoying and unnecessary. Otherwise, the people are lovely and we'd stay there again.

Very nice hotel we've stayed at before near Notting Hill and Portobello Road. The rooms are small but nice, and there is a good pub just steps away and walking to Portobello Road or the Main Street and metro station is easy. There is also a lovely shopping street further from Notting Hill station that has lovely food and shops. So very convenient and familiar

I like tha staff members at the reception they were very friendly and helpful.. clean room and comfortable bed , the location was very good at the center of london with nearby transportation facilities.

Only one recommendation- I found the lighting very dim- brighter lighting would have helped

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were informed that both rooms had been upgraded for free. (which was a nice surprise) The rooms were on the smaller side, but were clean and had everything we needed, including a water cooker, coffee, tea and bottled water. Public transport (tube and buses) is easily reached on foot within the next 400 to 500 m. The breakfast buffet is on the smaller side and offers full English breakfast, croissants, cereal and freshly cut fruits.

Location is perfect, lovely quiet street only five minutes from the tube station. Notting Hill just around the corner with plenty of shops, cafes etc. Room was small but very comfortable. Lovely and clean and staff very nice!

The staff was super helpful. I arrived way earlier than the checkin time but they very kind accommodated me. The room had all the amenities i needed. the location was also quite close to the places i needed to visit (restaurants, boutiques). I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a single room it was too small that i have dificulty to move also the shower was very very small another thing for a 4 stars hotel there should be a small refregirator but it wasn't there so i have difficulty to keep my beverages or any thing cold

I liked the location which is 5 min from bayswater station also a good nearby market and restaurants The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpfull Also the airconditioning was a good idea

Even though we had the executive double room, the bed is a bit too small to call a double. It was a bit of a challenge for me and my mom to both fit. But the bed was really comfortable, so it was okay all in all with the bed.

Everything was really good. Staff was really kind and helpful. Me and my mom booked one of the big rooms (club room) Everything was great. We evnen had robes and slippers in the room. Breakfast was good. Had what you needed in a breakfast. Loved that they had chicken sausage instead of pork.
