The lack of a proper window / view was a little strange as we looked onto nearby walls and other windows. We were really only there to sleep at night, but felt this was worth mentioning.

Great location - so easy to get to many different places we wanted to visit. Staff were great - very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the location of our room was not good, it was very dark due the lack of light coming through the window as we had a wall blocking the window. Also our room was located next to a toilet so we was woken very earlier on both days due to staff starting early and the door banging. Also I think for the money you pay breakfast should be included in the price. Also the hand shower leaked quite a bit.

The bed was amazing. Very comfortable and we both slept really well, the room was cosy and had all the facilities that we needed. Shower was good and clean. The staff were friendly and very intentive and any issues were solved straight away especially the gentleman named Monty, made you feel welcome and valued. The breakfast was lovely and everything you needed to start the day. Staff again were friendly and helpful. We would have loved too stay one more night but we will certainly returning to the hotel soon.

When I was drying my hair and getting ready for the day I had to keep getting up and moving away so my husband could get passed me. Also not enough milk and sugar left in room.

Room was very small but you expect that in London but there really was no space for luggage. Exterior could do with improvement to freshen it up.

Amazing location, 2 tubes and loads of buses close by. 15 mins walk to Paddington so great for access to Heathrow. Really friendly staff. Very clean hotel.

My room was very small and the bed was near the wall, so not a lot of space to walk in. On top, i didn't have a view since my room was in face of another wall. Unfortunately, i have been annoyed during some night by the volume of the outside air conditioner. Also, in these hotels there are a lot of small stairs, not the best in case of heavy baggages.

The room was small, but very nice. The overall hotel was very clean, including my room and the bathroom. The towels were clean and in the room there were all the facilities needed for a good experience. I have appreciated that the hotel is 2 min walk from metro station, very safe also in the night. Very nice experience!

Single room was super-tiny. Not even space for a small suitcase!! Inaccessible window and sided TV.

Nice hotel. Recently refurbished. Very well located. Coffee making facilities, Iron and hairdryer. Attention to detail.

No soundproof between the rooms, you can hear everything, so you have to be lucky to get respectful neighbors.

2nd time here. Really good location. Good for a short trip. Nice staff. Clean rooms.

We decided to pay the 12 pounds each for breakfast as its always convenient to have it in the hotel you are staying in and it was only for one night. Unfortunately the breakfast room in the basement so very little daylight. The ingredients on offer were good but the quality of the products wasn't so great. The whole breakfast was luke warm and some items actually cold unfortunately. We reported this to reception but they didn't seem very bothered. There are no hot trays at breakfast so I think unless you get there when they open at 7am it will always be cold.

The room was small but had everything required with good quality furniture and bedding. Hotel on a lovely tree lined road and two minutes from Baywater tube, 5mins walk from Queensway. Loads of facilities nearby.

This is a nice little hotel in a quiet part of town. It is only a 5 minute walk from the Queens way underground station. Lots of little cafes and restaurants also within 5 - 10 minutes walk. Hyde Park also 5 minutes away. Paddington station is a 12 - 15 minute walk away. Very helpful and attentive reception staff. Nice room, though a little small. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.the online check-in option is useful. I will stay here again the ne t time I am in London.

The single rooms were really small, especially the standard single room.

The location was safe, near the park, and had excellent access to public transport and the Big Bus tour. After check-out, they let us leave our luggage in a storeroom, and the porter, Jav, was helpful in assisting us.

Poor WiFi connection, cleaning issues. Asked the front desk to take care of it, they said they would send the cleaner but never did.

The room was a single, but it was very small and awkwardly shaped. Just about usable for sleeping, but not suitable for working and with very limited daylight. The decor is dated, but it appeared clean. The power sockets were odd and it was difficult to use a standard UK plug. The price was very high, but I assume a result of a supply/demand algorithm, that ignores other parameters such as comfort, room size, etc...

Ok location for my needs. And close to Hyde Park, which is a benefit. Friendly staff and a nice reception area. Breakfast was fine and the dining room staff friendly.

The staff are all very friendly, Monty, from the reception, and the guy who keeps the luggage, Jav, The chef in the kitchen who preps the breakfast it's very helpful, Thanks guys keep going like this.

Great location. Close to the shops and the train station. Breakfast was great for the price. Chef Jef and his Assistant made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
