The room was very small. I had a normal sized suitcase and couldn't open it on the suitcase rack so had to have it open on the floor and there wasn't much space left to manoeuvre around the room

The single room is very tiny and it is hard to move when you are also carrying a luggage. Also, a small fridge would be of help.

Comfortable bed in a great location at a reasonable price. Staff members are all nice and polite, a special thanks to Diana for being very welcoming and helpful.

It is a little far from places like buckingham palace (not quite walking distance). The room was small, but nice. We wished the AC worked a little better because we got hot in the middle of the night.

This was perfect for a one night stay! We had a quick stop over in the city and this was the perfect area. It is right near Kensington gardens which was an absolutely beautiful walk! There are also lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.

The internet was terrible. The coffee-tea supplies minimal. If you do not take the key card out of the holder it buzzes constantly. The room was very small, but given the location and the price, it was fine for a solo traveler. If not for the poor internet, I'd likely have given 8/10.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Bed comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Really good location. One block from the multitude of restaurants on Queensway, two tube stations, and just up the road from Kensington Gardens.

We stayed two nights and on the second day we asked for the room to be cleaned. In accordance with the reception's instructions, we hung a cleaning request note on the door. However, the room was not cleaned. It would have been enough for us that the garbage would have been taken away and we would have received clean dishes.

A little outdated and small room, but a good base for our trip. The staff at the reception and especially the doorman were friendly and helpful. Great location in the immediate vicinity of two underground stations.

Could do with a usb charging point in one plug socket. Breakfast had no pork ie no bacon or pork sausages- was smoked Turkey and beef sausages. Food was like warm rather than piping hot.

We were located in a family room that slept three adults. The room was just average, not as clean as I’d have liked.

Location of the hotel was perfect: close to train/underground and just a short walk to Kensington Palace, and good restaurants within short walking distance! Morning breakfast was good.

Everything was good. The room was a little small but typical of London.

The hotel is very well located close to 2 metro stations. The receptionist- Diane was always very friendly and extremely helpful with sorting our transport needs. Breakfast was good and again service was more than expected.

Even tho i liked it, my partner did not like distance from all attractions, but we had metro and bus stop close by the hotel. Also we were missing towel, after asking they said to wait 15 min, but no one came, so we got it next day. One day after cleaning room we found garbage bins in the middle of the room, eithout plastic bags. But room was cleaned, maybe person was in a rush. But it is not a problem. Just small funny things to improve. Thank you for welcoming atmosphere.

The lack of a proper window / view was a little strange as we looked onto nearby walls and other windows. We were really only there to sleep at night, but felt this was worth mentioning.

Great location - so easy to get to many different places we wanted to visit. Staff were great - very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the location of our room was not good, it was very dark due the lack of light coming through the window as we had a wall blocking the window. Also our room was located next to a toilet so we was woken very earlier on both days due to staff starting early and the door banging. Also I think for the money you pay breakfast should be included in the price. Also the hand shower leaked quite a bit.

The bed was amazing. Very comfortable and we both slept really well, the room was cosy and had all the facilities that we needed. Shower was good and clean. The staff were friendly and very intentive and any issues were solved straight away especially the gentleman named Monty, made you feel welcome and valued. The breakfast was lovely and everything you needed to start the day. Staff again were friendly and helpful. We would have loved too stay one more night but we will certainly returning to the hotel soon.

When I was drying my hair and getting ready for the day I had to keep getting up and moving away so my husband could get passed me. Also not enough milk and sugar left in room.

Room was very small but you expect that in London but there really was no space for luggage. Exterior could do with improvement to freshen it up.

Amazing location, 2 tubes and loads of buses close by. 15 mins walk to Paddington so great for access to Heathrow. Really friendly staff. Very clean hotel.

My room was very small and the bed was near the wall, so not a lot of space to walk in. On top, i didn't have a view since my room was in face of another wall. Unfortunately, i have been annoyed during some night by the volume of the outside air conditioner. Also, in these hotels there are a lot of small stairs, not the best in case of heavy baggages.

The room was small, but very nice. The overall hotel was very clean, including my room and the bathroom. The towels were clean and in the room there were all the facilities needed for a good experience. I have appreciated that the hotel is 2 min walk from metro station, very safe also in the night. Very nice experience!
