Nothing to do with the hotel, but other guests letting their doors slam shut at night, no consideration for others. NOT the hotels fault. Would have preferred to have been on first floor as a single female traveller, not on ground floor. All n all it was a very pleasant stay.

The location was great, sitting outside listening to nothing but the waves 🌊, not too far to walk to town. Staff ver very friendly and helpful and always had a pleasant greeting for you.

Window was wide open. It was raining, it's the ground floor. No one likes finding hair in a cleaned room. Some one (cleaner?) with short, straight, dark hair left theirs on the sink, bath and pillow. I'm sure it was clean but that's not the point. Wardrobe smelled of mildew, back wall had damp. Was this why the window was wide open? Bedding was clean but torn. How can you not see the 8" splits on the seams, on both sides, when ironing/fitting the duvet? It was the pillow end too. Wifi didn't quite reach the room. Put the actual room number on the key, it's confusing. I was going to mention this as feedback when I returned the key at reception, but it was closed and I couldn't see any staff about.

Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was worth the £, good menu - decent bacon. Decor was comfortable. The coach party and entertainment were good fun. They had a great time dancing.

There is no sign on the main road to indicate how to find the hotel. The car park was full one night and I had to park nearby at the entrance to a building site.

The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. The weather was cold so the staff turned on the heating. The hotel was close enough to the town centre to walk in for an evening meal.

Took ages for hot water to come through to the shower (really, 10 mins!), TV remote not working properly (not just a battery issue), bed a bit lumpy.

The price, the location. They were quite relaxed about bringing in fish and chips to eat in the lounge. Reasonable bar prices.

The TV remote control was missing and they were unable to get another one. They did offer another room although we decided to keep the room were in and just went without TV.

The people that was staying above us was been very loud and shouting at 2am in the morning till about 4am and people coming in from night out at the side of us was very loud as well at about 3.30’am in the morning.

Food portions could do with being a little bigger maybe a option to pay a little more for a bigger portion but overall food quality was good.Noise from building site next door was a little difficult from room 305.

The windows didn't close properly (loose handles). Also I came back at 23:45 and the front door was closed. Couldn't open it so pressed the ring doorbell but no-one came until another guest came out for a smoke.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

A bit noisy - Not alot of soundproofing in rooms, could hear television in bedroom next door until early hours of morning. Security/fire door outside our bedroom made terrible squeeking noise which disturbed us during the night.

The hotel were unable to provide any ironing facilities despite a very helpful staff member raiding the entire property top to bottom for about half an hour. This was disappointing. When I returned at 12.30am the property was locked and I had no idea how to get in. Their was a secondary key on the room key to unlock the front door which no one mentioned and the ring buzzer situated by the door wasn't working.

Location was excellent. 5 minutes from main area and ferry port. Room was clean, quite basic.
