The room was not as the picture described outdated plugs in the room. Some didn't work for the money we spent, it could have been better the life was very hit and missed so used the stairs

It can get a bit noisy due to the traffic on the street.

The room was comfortable though the typical smaller size of European hotels. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a rubber mat for the shower. The room had a working refrigerator and safety box. Nice touches were a basket of fruit expecting us on arrival, a variety of biscuits and coffeee and tea every day. The breakfast buffet included more fresh fruit than any of the other hotels where we stayed. It also had the traditional English breakfast and a selction of cheese, yogurt and cold cuts. The location is very convenient: walking dustance from Paddington (and the Heathrow Express from the airpot), easy access to tube and buses, walking distance to Kensington Park.

I was checked in early as I arrived earlier than 3pm. I was greeted by Stella who managed to get me in early and also upgraded my room free of charge.

The size of the room and the narrow hall way to move around with luggage. The evaluator was small too. With 4 luggage and 2 of us. there was no room for others to get on.

The room was definitely smaller than I expected for the room price. It is quite w/o a doubt. I think it was okay in terms of public transportation near the hotel. It was within walking distance to many food establishments. we did not try their breakfast. the staff was very friendly

My only issue was lots of walking movement in the room above me, very noisy floorboards.

The walls were quite thin and you could hear the noise from your neighbours if they were talking in a loud voice. Also, we ran out of toilet paper once.

The location was fantastic, it was a 1-2 minute walk away from Paddington station! Also, the bed was really comfy and we were able to have a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tamara and Stella! We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this hotel. A stella(r) performance! :)

Bed was zip link that wasn't particularly comfortable and bedding was really thick. Was placed in a duplex room that I wouldn't recommend.

Rooms were tight and many stairs in property so depending on your room there is lift access but also stairs to manoeuvre

the fridges in room did not work, room was tiny and cramped, the bathroom was the smallest I have ever experienced in a hotel- could hardly turn around in it.

Sound proofing terrible. Could hear snoring from next room. Light coming in under door. Staff very loud in hallways . Staff knock but don't wait before opening door.

The breakfast wasn't the best at the hotel. The bacon and sausage was undercooked, the tomatoes was cold and there was only scrambled egg on offer.

We were upgraded to the sister hotel Mount Calm Chillworth Townhouse on the day of our booking which was a 5 star hotel. The staff upon on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, there was a fridge, microwave and toiletries and amenities were provided. The hotel is situated right around the corner from Paddington train station and there are lots of restaurants and shops within the vicinity. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was an Indian Cuisine. The food was outstanding and of a reasonable price. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.
