We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThere was an issue with the water in the shower. It kept alternating between hot and cold, and the pressure was low, so it made it difficult to shower.
The host was very friendly and helpful! He prepared a good breakfast! The location is great, as it's near the Urquhart Castle of the legendary Loch Ness. The area was quiet and nice, and parking was easy!

United StatesWe did think based on the reservation we had a king sized bed but it turned out to be a queen size. Not too big of a deal but my (platonic) travel friend and I had originally booked agreeing we could share a bed because it was king sized. We made due and all went fine, but thought I'd mention. The bathroom is rather small. No face cloth but we are American and think that might just be an American thing? None of these mentions are a "deal-breaker," just trying to provide fair expectations for any future customers.
The host graciously greeted us upon our arrival and gave instructions for parking and accessing our room. The bed was soft but just firm enough for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is nice and clean; hand towels and towels provided as well as shampoo and soap. There is a lovely picnic area right outside the room and the location is at the end of a nice and quiet lane, with a restaurant/bar at the other end (~0.5 mi. walk). Breakfast was wonderful and the host accommodated my vegetarian diet. The price is great for the accommodations. So grateful and we would definitely stay again!

United KingdomNot many places to eat. We arrived about 8pm and everywhere stops serving food at 9. Places were very busy which is no good for my autistic son It's a good job we brought snacks!
Room was very clean. Only downside our twin room had separate private bathroom and not unsuited but it was only for 1 night. Breakfast was amazing. The host made us a flask too. Very friendly cat onsite who even even jumped into our car.
