Beautifully presented studio apartment ideal for a long weekend - or going to Brighton Races as we did!

The situation was excellent. A bus stop just on the road outside gave easy access into Brighton. Or in 10 mins you could be in the centre and parked up if you drive. It was easy to find, instructions for entry are very clear. The owner made sure we were comfortable once in. An ideal Base for travelling around Sussex and Brighton

Well equipped kitchen, cosy apartment, comfortable bed, impeccable hygiene, tons of free TV channels, free parking, our hosts made our stay there unforgettable by spoiling us with extra heating of the room at our request for health reasons. Highly appreciated and recommended! Thank you, guys!

A bit outside of Brighton, but there are bus stops very close by

Great little property. Perfect for visiting AMEX stadium or the races. Great location bus stop lotterally outside to Brighton Marina. Fabulous communication with hosts. Very helpful.

No chairs to sit and watch tv or read a book if you don't like to sit on the bed. We brought 2 fold up chairs of our own as we had forseen this as a problem for us. Very difficult to reach the kitchen window to open for air whilst cooking, an air flow is required with an extractor even.

The bus stop right outside the property into and back from Brighton. Off street parking, very important. Sea View from kitchen window.

Window blinds, particularly the one on the door, weren’t great at keeping out the street lamps. There is no comfortable chair, only the bed, or the high stools for the kitchen counter.

Very clean, good parking. Easy to find and access. Friendly, helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower.

We received clear instructions about arrival, parking, and entrance to the property, which was really helpful. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom facilities were perfect. We had everything we needed. The sea view from the kitchen is lovely and the accommodation was warm, cosy and super clean. Our host was happy to help when I needed to extend the time my car was on the driveway. She responded quickly and checked that we had everything we needed. We were incredibly happy with our time at Seaview. Thank you 😊

Warm, good location, everything you could possibly need was supplied, excellent shower,. Didn’t need the car as bus stop literally outside. Lovely views in all directions.

Elly and Leon were brilliant. Keys were in a key safe by the door. Instructions for where to park on the drive were very clear and Elly was on hand to check if we had everything we needed.

There was nothing we didn't like or would of changed.

We honestly loved everything about this condo, couldn't ask for more. It is in a quite area, was extremely clean, kitchen had all that was needed, comfy bed, a shower that my 6ft 2 husband could get into and stand under, (surprisingly we've had quite a few were he couldn't) off road parking spot outside, we walked into town but got a cab back as we're not as fit or as young as we use to be and it's up hill. We will definitely return.

The location was close enough to Brighton and it was a real bonus having parking. We chose to drive, however there were regular buses from outside the property to get into the city centre. Although we didn’t cook, it was great to have a fridge and the facilities to do so if we wanted to.

The access to the flat and where the parking and key-box are are not in the address given, added to which, the house does not have a number on it. It would be better to make it very clear that the access is on the corner of Vines Cross Rd and Wilson Avenue.
