Lack of cereal/juice buffet option in addition to cooked. Lots of stairs to rooms with best view, but its worth the hike.

Comfy bed and bedding. Friendly staff Very good cooked breakfast options. Parking opposite was great, however you need to get new ticket at 8am daily to avoid a parking fine.

Great rooms above a great bar, breakfast was lovely and the staff are excellent. Rooms had great decor and all the facilities that you need. Location is superb, right on the front by the Pavillion and close to shops and train station. Would highly recommend.

Stairs to the rooms are steep and there’s no lift. Would have liked some fruit and/or fruit juice with the cooked breakfast.

Tastefully decorated and furnished room - spacious and clean with a sea view. The staff are cheerful, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very tasty and well cooked to order.

Steep stairs especially when carrying you bags up!!

We have just stayed at Seaspray for a mini break of four days and it was a fantastic base for our planned trips out around the area. We cannot fault this B & B. We have stayed here a couple of times before and it just gets better and. better. We were made to feel very welcome by extremely friendly staff. The proprietor is trying out a Mexican vibe in the lounge which makes the atmosphere so happy. The evening food has also got a Mexican theme and was delicious. Our room was cosy with a perfect view of the sea. Breakfast was great with various options and I like the fact that you ordered it the night before. A special shout out for the heavenly homemade granola with yoghurt and berries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The wait for breakfast was quite long, despite giving our choice the night before. It was a sunny day and the room was very hot - the windows don't open wide enough and even then one window latch was broken. However, there is a fan in the room which helped.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the station. Opposite the De La Warr Pavilion, amongst bars and restaurants and, obviously, moments from the seafront. The room was clean with everything you need. Nice lighting, great TV, excellent choice of teas, lovely bathroom. There's a separate secure entrance so you can come and go without going through the bar. The staff were very friendly The bar on the ground floor is great and obviously very popular. The breakfast was delicious.

Lovely clean and well appointed room with a very comfy bed. We had a great seafront view. Added bonus was the rustic bar on the ground floor, great range of beers,good music and very friendly staff. Then just when we thought it couldn’t get any better we were served up a fantastic breakfast…….if Carlsberg did breakfasts!!!!

Really everything was as planned. Note though that there's no lift and if you have mobility issues there are stairs to the rooms.

Another wonderful stay at The Seaspray. This is the only place I will go to in Bexhill. The authentic friendliness from all of those who work there, is a joy. Such warm service throughout. Their breakfast is delicious! Rooms large and spacious with a well stocked bathroom of key toiletries. Highly recommend!

The room was well decorated and modern, with a traditional style. It was clean and the facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The full English breakfast was delicious. Perfect for an overnight stay.
