Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Handy for travelling into Largs which was our primary location. The staff were lovely throughout our stay and we couldnt fault a thing. The rooms were large and decorated beautifully. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available. All in all, as a party of 7, we were thoroughly happy with the our stay at Seamill House Hotel

On a main road so quite noisy, restaurant closed really early some nights and not close to any restaurants without driving

Restaurant was a bit cold and the breakfast cold selection could have been better.

Nice hotel, we stayed because we were moving house the next day, so it was local to us anyway. We knew it was nice, as we've eaten there before.

Nothing. For us too, it was a great bonus to find a lift in a small hotel making this lovely hotel suitable for those with mobility issues. Finally it was also great not to have any parking issues. The hotel car park was more than big enough.

The breakfast was excellent. We had also booked dinner for our two evenings and not only was the food excellent on both occasions but the prices were very reasonable for all choices. The same could be said for the wine list.

The rooms are a great size and also we had a fridge in room with milk and water. We also had a sea view which was good having a bath and shower in bathroom were good. .staff lovely

Breakfast on second morning was overcooked and greasy . We had full breakfast both days . No one at reception at check out waited ten minutes and then rang hotel to say we had left.

The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean. The staff were lovely and the food was very good. Its a quick walk to the beach.

Our shower could not be regulated, either scalding hot or freezing cold. We requested walk in shower which we got but problems with temperature made it difficult to have a proper shower. Chairs to watch TV were very uncomfortable, definitely need replaced with reclining chairs. We were in Corrie Suite. Steps up to balcony were too high and narrow, not safe for anyone with mobility problems or elderly like us.

View from balcony was spectacular and I got some great sunset photos. Bed was very comfortable, wardrobe had enough hanging and storage space. Fridge contained fresh milk and water. Plenty different lights all worked well, bedside lights were touch control. Young local staff in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Cleaning of room was to a high standard.

housekeeping little touches didn’t fill up sugar or the shower gel which was empty when we arrived. Had to ask them to empty bins also bulb not working reported on first day and during the week not fixed

Nothing really however we did the boozy brunch and despite the bar being empty as prob just a new venture the music was blaring. We couldn’t eat our lunch, which was delicious, fast enough so we could get out and away from the noise. Great music, just a tad loud for a lunch time event. Literally could my heat each other speaking ☺️

Traffic noise and no one at reception when we arrived Breakfast wasn’t great, fried eggs were over cooked and yolk was hard, potato scones were awful, very dry and hard to cut with a knife.

The rooms were very clean, bed excellent and dinner and cocktails were excellent staff very friendly.

There could have been more choices for continental. Pity about the stains in the carpet. Outside the hotel could have been better if had been brushed and weeded.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were good, ensuite was excellent. The view was excellent from our room.

The rooms with balcony have a wonderful view and the interior design with the fireplace is very romantic. The staff is very friendly.
