Entrance to parking place is very tight. You need a small car. I applied for a parking permit on line , £25 for seven days.

It is very difficult to access car parking space if other people left cars on double yellow lines outside the entrance.

Lovely views from living/dining area and balcony. Comfortably furnished with themed, homely touches. Well equipped kitchen. Quality bedding, linen and towels, plenty of pillows and comfortable bed. Very spacious, and surprisingly quiet, apartment with plenty of storage, books, games and DVDs. Reliable WiFi. Great response from owner when contacted.

One thing that was annoying was that there was a tiny tunnel leading into the car park. My family had to drive through it VERY carefully. But I don't think that they can help that, though. Other than that, brilliant!

The beds were so comfortable! The sofas were comfy, and the kitchen was perfect! The apartment even had a washing machine and dishwasher!

Had to leave car in a public car park overnight a few times as someone else had taken the reserved parking space, but we managed to get a space on the road eventually. Top floor apartment and carrying luggage up stairs.

Convenient location for shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, etc, without having to drive. Nice places for walks and great sea views. Lots of friendly people to chat to and relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The radiator is very rusty or dirty and there were bits left in the bath. There were bits of dust left under the bed. Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty when we arrived so had to be washed before we could use them.

The parking assess was very tight. Although we were warned it was tighter than expected. In saying this the host did give alternative options.

The property was close to the beach . It had good facilities, including a dish washer and washing machine. Good provisions of activities for adults and children. Nice views from the flat.

This is a relatively new apartment in a small block of 3. It had everything you would need for a break, even games & videos for rainy days. It's great to have parking for a small car. Ideal location, very close to sea & shopping.

Lovely location with great sea views from the dining room and kitchen windows. Bedrooms both a good size.

I couldn't understand why there were no curtains or blinds in the living room. The bathroom needed some attention. Grout black or missing and sealant damaged. Plus the shower was hanging off the wall a little and needs adjustment. Water pressure wasn't the best either. It was a shame because the bathroom had obviously been cleaned well - the whole flat was spotless, but the discolouration of the grout made it look dirty.

There was a lot to like - it was extremely clean and spacious with comfy beds and a lot of storage. There were stacks of DVDs which was a nice touch, plus books and games so everything to keep a family entertained if the weather was bad. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need including a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave etc. We actually live in Ilfracombe and needed the flat because our bathroom is being renovated so know the area well. It's in a great location if you are on holiday - a few steps from the sea front. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but then again, parking anywhere in Ilfracombe is a bit of a nightmare so if you visit this town, you have to be aware that you will in all likelihood need to pay to park

Parking is poor and wouldn’t return due to not wanting to move the car for the duration of the stay. Single bed closest to the door is very uncomfortable.
