Not a complaint but a suggestion. At the breakfast buffet, replace the ridiculous little plastic sauce sachets with glass bottles to provide an upmarket, smart, plastic-fee range of condiments.

Nothing everything was perfect. Our anniversary was so special with help from the staff at the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and waiting staff were fantastic especially Martha helping with a fussy eater and catering to our needs. She was amazing!

Room- Marrakesh was on the small side in particular the bathroom. Bed was comfy though and breakfast was very good. Only one small bottle of water was left so would have been nice if 2 bottles were there.

A very lovely welcome on arrival from Danielle at the Sea Spray, this little gem well located in Kemp Town, within walking distance to the town centre and lanes. Nice and stylish reception areas. Very clean, bright and airy room - we were lucky to be upgraded to the Inspirational Suite with a great view of the pier. The bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep. We love Brighton but have been very letdown over the year’s with grotty air BnB’s or overpriced hotel rooms. At last we have found a reasonably priced, decent place to stay and we are looking forward to returning next time we are in town.

Can’t say there is a single thing we didn’t like!

Hotel was so lovely, we arrived at reception to be told we had been treated to an upgrade as was a special occasion! So very pleased. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This is nothing that the Hotel can deal with, but the cost of the parking is high. The hotel provide a 24 hour parking permit at a cost which is fine if you are parking for the whole day but if you are travelling around then this can become very expensive.

The room was comfortable,, spotlessly clean and had a fridge (unexpected). The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. The situation was exactly where I wanted to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a room last minute due to a problem we had in another location, and this hotel was what we needed - and much more. Starting from the kindness and hospitality of the staff, who took great care of us - provided us with water, an adaptor, a map of the city and many useful tips and recommendations - to the cleanliness of the room tidied daily for us, to not forget the beautiful view of the sea and pier every day going out. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious - not huge in selection but the quality of it was just top notch. To not mention the cute surprise during the weekends that we very much appreciated. We cannot recommend the Sea Spray enough, and we are very thankful to have spent our Brighton time here - it will stay in our hearts forever.

There are a few minor things that could do with being sorted, like the toilet roll holder spinning around meaning the toilet roll falls off, similar with a towel rail. Just a little maintenance is required.

The staff were accomodating to our requests, they were friendly on our arrival and gave us all information we needed. We loved the accomodation and it was exactly what we wanted for our short stay.

We have stayed at Sea Spray several times because we enjoyed the hotel. But this time we were put at the very top of the building meaning we had to climb endless flights of stairs while carrying our cases. We are both pensioners with the usual problems associated with age so getting to and from our room was a lesson we have learned for next time.
