The staff was amazing and couldn't do enough to help, the bedding was clean Just drawers broken, stains on carpets would have been better with bar and restaurant open aswell

Room was smelly. Couldn’t open the room balcony patio door as glued with silicone, no double glazing for noisy road. Inadequate furniture in the rooms (no chair or dressing table and broken wardrobe). Shabby decor. No reachable plug socket for the TV. No serious renovation work seemed to be done around the rest of the hotel.

Location on the sea front. Free parking available.

No toiletries roll in room no teaspoons group of men upon arrival none spoke much English my children even felt uneasy to arrive st the hotel and find men scrapping paint of doors and painting all speaking a foreign language I gt called 3 time before arrival on different days to make sure I'm goin and when I would get there ,couldn't find hotel it had a paper sign on door with hotel name all staff on fnes was useless after travelling 6hrs the bar was shut n we had nothing at all to drink ,the whole hotel is pure filth me and the kids didn't feel safe I will never use booking.com again u should not be advertising such appalling property's the bed was so low to the floor

No shower curtain, shouting a screaming by residents, seemed like they where drunk until early hours and could be heard throughout the hotel.

Its a budget hotel so you pay for what you get but can see the owners are refurbishing and will take time to complete

Not clean. Asthmatic people should probably avoid, they spray strong aerosol just as you check in. Couldn’t open the patio door to air the room out. Was very loud, unclean and we had to leave due the aerosol triggering my asthma. They only offered another room which I couldn’t accept due to the risk to my health. They lied when I complained and said we was offered a new accommodation I certainly was not offered a different location.

The hotel has over 300 rooms, the hotel is unmanned over night, there was fighting, shouting for hours, kids was terrified, in Ana dout of the hotel pissed up people, a woman was beat up by her fella, then the guys were fighting, police was called, I called the hotel for help, no1 came when he said he would send a manager, not 1 person was around, the whole place is outdated and not very clean, they was painting when we got there, you can't polish a turd ans called it something else, it needs renovating badly, there were around 10 men in the hotel running the hotel, all congregating together too, intimating to walk in as a single mother with 2 kids, felt unsafe the whole time at this place, I complained to them about all this and they said compensation will be 10% off next stay 🤣🤣🤣🤣 like I'm ever gonna stay at this place again! Don't be daft! Absolutely appalling, had a sea view room (with baclony) balcony was siloconed off with nails in the door, was absolutely residiculous, no heating was absolutely freezing all night, people in skegness warned about those hotel too! Police was no help either , The breakfast was poor too Everything was just poor, All them men in the day and none of them could come sort all these divi pissed up people out in the night

The property looked like it was old, n going through a rebuild stage , preferably it shouldn’t be having people stay there, as £60 to stay there was a joke and wasn’t even looked after properly, cracked mirrors , cracked windows, bathroom was a mess and the room wasn’t any better. Didn’t look how it described on here

The place is a building site. Spent one minute in the room left the key on the desk and went to find somewhere else for our 4 year old grandson to spend the night at additional cost. Bathroom floor was wet, 1960's shower hose on bath taps, dirty curtain drawn across full size clear window.
