Lovely property, would stay again!

We booked a 2 night stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers (twins aged 17) the Property is at the front of a very quiet estate. With parking for 2 cars and ample off road parking for visitors. The house has 3 double bedrooms all with double Wardrobes, bedside drawers, and usb socket by each bed. Master bedroom also has a cot, additional put up Bed & bedding ,hairdryer/ en-suite shower/toilet/sink with complimentary shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, Each bedroom has towels containing 1 bath and 1 hand towel per guest ( 2 sets per room) there is an additional bathroom upstairs with a bath/sink/toilet. Downstairs is a kitchen/diner with dining table for 6 and lounge. Also an additional cloakroom (toilet & washbasin). The property also has a small garden with patio, And has outdoor furniture. Vast amount of crockery in kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine. Tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/milk were also complimentary. And fresh flowers on the kitchen table. This was by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed in for equipment and cleanliness. It had everything you would need for a short stay. Even had an iron ! Host was very quick to respond to messages I would absolutely book this again.

Bed was a bit too soft for my liking. I was hoping there are more pots and pans available.

Brand new house hence everything working very well. Sheets and towel smells good. Very accomodating to have our luggages dropped off early.

Lack of live TV. No hoover to use. My wife would have liked larger towels.

The location was spot on. Very clean. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen.

The only thing that we struggled with was unfortunately the quality of the mattresses, none of us had a great night's sleep due to the beds being uncomfortable but we did enjoy our stay.

The house was lovely, in a great location. Bedding and towels were provided for us, and the added extra touch of having shampoo, conditioner and showergel provided was lovely. Plenty of off road parking for two cars.

Lovely house set on the hilltop of colwyn Bay. Easy to get to and all the amenities at hand for a perfect family break. It's a shame we only stopped for 1 night as we were passing through as it would have been ideal for a long weekend/week.

Excellent space. We had 3 adults and 3 children. There was more than enough room to accommodate us all. Plenty spacious and in a lovely location.

New property with all facilities to make your stay comfortable. Provided all kitchen utensils to cook your food. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Nothing, it was great.

Very clean, a cot was even provided for our youngest which was brilliant. Rooms where spacious, comphy and modern. Would definitely stay again! There was even a park right across the road for our eldest 2 to go and play on.

Everything was excellent at the Accommodation. The position of the building was in a very beautiful place, quiet, clean, where you can see the ocean.. You have everything you need for a beautiful holiday. A very nice kitchen, 3 bathroms 3 bedrooms and a nice living room.The sea was 5 min away to drive. At the other end, don't forget to visit Angel Bay.

The only downside is perhaps the beds are a little too soft.

The property is brand new and has everything you need for a vacation. It’s exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend it to everyone coming to North Wales.

I think we're one of the first guests, perhaps the first, in this new property so these are just minor teething issues (we only stayed 1 night as attending a funeral). A few things that would improve things: bigger dinning table in kitchen, mirrors in bathrooms, lamps in sitting room, sitting room curtains that fit, shower over bath.

Clean, spacious, good location, good communication, new, wi fi... all at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we didn't sleep very well. The mattresses were far too soft and duvets too thick. Some of the rooms only had 1 pillow each that contributed to the poor sleep.

The house was perfect and clean, very peaceful area.

Very uncomfortable beds and one flat pillow per person which meant everyone had poor night's sleep which is a shame as the rest of the house was good. Strangely they supplied wine glasses but no wine or bottle opener? It was a huge shame there was no garden furniture as the weather was lovely so it would've been nice to make use of the garden. If they updated the mattresses/pillows I would book again.
