You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomLobby/reception was a bit no frills i.e. no bar/restaurant although they did sell drinks in bottles/cans and there was a breakfast buffet. HOWEVER not a big issue since we are in the heart of the city.
Very convenient location, less than 10 mins walk from Liverpool Lime Street. Room was bigger than expected. It seemed like they thought about everything from light switch and plug locations (near bed for charging, near mirror for hair dryer/styling) to lighting (big/small lights in the room, lighting around mirrors in bathroom and room great for getting ready and putting on makeup.

GermanyThere was a small issue with the drain in our shower, but once we had notified the front desk it was instantly sorted for us. Everything else was flawless.
Chose this based on the photos, with the expectation that reality would be disappointing. The opposite was the case! Impeccable, large room, stylish interior and bathroom, very clean, friendly staff. Extremely satisfying stay!

Location excellent in the centre of Liverpool to easily walk to most locations. Simple access, Dogs welcomed and breakfast pastries, coffees enough to set off the day. Room spacious, excellent power shower and room cool. Staff were excellent both before arrival advising of local car park within walking distance and discount code. Staff friendly and helpful whilst staying at the hotel.

But later trying to get in was a problem buzzer didn’t work & tried to ring the number on the door,message just said thank for ring & good bye . I was starting to worry it was pouring with rain & thundering after about 6 calls the phone was answered & the door was opened the gentleman at reception said the buzzer had not buzzed at the reception.
