We had previously booked at premises a few doors down and on reading the reviews we are so glad we moved to the savoy! The chap on reception was friendly and a delight. Rooms were spotless and the smell of clean bedding and a clean room on opening the door was a pleasant surprise.

Lift small and didn’t reach all floors but grateful that it had a lift

The lift is a little small. The breakfast could be a little more comprehensive for the price, eg, croissants, pastries, etc. I mentioned this to a member of staff and they agreed

The location is amazing, on the front so I could just put the car away and enjoy the holiday. Parking is limited so book it early. There are cameras on the cars which is fantastic. Good entertainment in the evening, fantastic , caring and competent staff. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. I will definitely book again

Limited car park spaces...

Amazing location walking distance from the main beach and the fair. Plenty bars and pubs and places for children. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty..

The breakfast was really nice and worth the money, especially if you have a nig appetite. There us plenty to eat. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The proximity to the beach and shops was great. We were also able to oark.

A little bit of low water pressure in the shower I couldn’t get the tv (room 1)

The hotel manager seemed a little disinterested when we were asking him questions. For local guidance Very abrupt.

The cleaning lady was so helpful, gave us some local knowledge as to the best places to go, lovely lady and the place was spotless.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful from arriving until leaving and after we left! Lovely atmosphere, would definitely book again next time I visit Skegness.. Couldn't fault the place :)

Very small lift. Small shower needs a shelf. Curtains need re attaching.

The only issue was as others have mentioned, very low water pressure for the shower. Not sure if it was only because we were on the top floor, and it might have been better on a lower floor, but for one night it was fine.

The hotel was perfectly located close to all amenities, which was particularly helpful as the weather wasn't great whilst we were there. We were up on the top floor and the room was lovely and very quiet. The drinks facilities were great, including hot chocolate sachets which were much appreciated after being outside in the cold and rain! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the common room areas were very nice.

More information about the lack of parking and booking system to book spaces would have been useful at the time of booking.

The staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The room was excellent very clean and modern. The breakfast was superb and plentiful. Can't wait to come back.

Wow what can i say. I attended Rugby tour event as a coach for an under 12's team and rather than use overpriced substandard expensive accommodation and high beer and food charges I thought i would go solo as I don't have a child in the team. So i planned to get a hotel and buy day tickets. That backfired because they don't do day tickets so you are kind of compelled to book accommodation if you want to get on site. No matter. Check in was swift and easy room was well appointed and clean ensuite toilet and shower which was very decent. Breakfast was bookable for £10 Continental, cereals, usual full english selection of other breakfast dishes poached eggs etc. Being on your todd is a bit intimidating if not done before but boy did i let lucky. There was a coach party from Suffolk late 50's onward and boy did they know how to have a good time first night Friday singer modern and classics proper club singer and the group were proper club culture dancing and singing and having fun. 2nd night Bingo Raffle quiz and a sketch by two of the ladies from the Party that had everyone roaring with laughter as Sumo Sue and her partner treated us to a show of sumo wrestling complete with blow up costumes and thick glasses I still don't know how they did that as they couldn't have had a good view through them. As a singleton i sat with a couple from Derby who also marvelled at the entertainment on show. All in all this is a fantastic location and much cheaper than your premier inn travel lodge etc. Staff were attentive in serving food and drinks and i couldn't have wished for better, Neil the guy in charge was lovely, hospitable and knowledgeable about the area etc. Would definitely book again. I hope you book somewhere this time next year and bump into this group i just hope the accommodation also lives up to this.

There is nothing to dislike.

Everything, from the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out, we was made to feel welcome. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, from the greeting at reception to the staff serving breakfast nothing was to much trouble. The room was lovely and clean and very comfortable.
