Water wasn’t hot for 1 of 2 showers. Room was v stuffy.

Breakfast was down the road & they didn’t tell me what it was when I asked - just ‘Italian breakfast’. It was a cappuccino & slices of bread with ham & cheese.

I know it’s 2* but that really shouldn’t stop the bedding from being clean, we arrived just before checking and it was being cleaned. and we dropped gear off and went straight out for the evening. when we arrived home after midnight and very tired from the days activities, we noticed that the bedding wasn’t clean inside or out. looked a little like a gentleman’s sex wee on the outside. and brown stains and spots on the pillows. slept in clothes and very hot.

The staff were lovely, beds comfy, good location, great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Wonderful communication online. Lovely breakfast in nearby restaurant. Also, our kettle was broken and I was given a new one immediately. Very helpful getting taxi to airport. Would certainly stay again.

Advertised breakfast only to find that you were given a voucher for an Italian restaurant down the road from the hotel. This restaurant did not serve normal breakfasts. We had to go elsewhere for our breakfast at our cost although we had already paid for it.

Good location - quick walk to tube and opposite bus stop. Lots of food and drink places nearby. Felt safe walking around in the evening/night after gig.

stale smell. lock on room door was very dodgy. quite difficult to open, and it took some time to figure out how to lock it. when i went to draw the curtains, the rod fell.

easy check in and check out. friendly staff. ended up getting an upgraded room for the same price, which was great.

Breakfast wasn't in the same building, they said 3 minute walk but was actually about 10minutes. £45 for breakfast with no choice of what we wanted to eat, had to also pay for drinks separately. Breakfast menu was ham and cheese on bread was £3.99 so was very much overcharged. Towels were reused from previous guests, there was a constant noise from the drains running down the toilet. Bed was very hard.

The facility is very old and in need of maintenance The towel was awfully old and unpleasant Breakfast was an 8 minutes walk from the hotel, it was not clearly stated that way on the booking portal For the amount paid, I would have gotten better deals from big budget hotels

Room size was way too small for a couple,bed was very uncomfortable, sheets were clean but very old,no hot water in either the sink tap or shower so couldn't have shower also the pressure of the sink tap was non existent,will not be recommending to anyone, no value for the money we spent whatsoever.

Ideal location for me as had an operation for cancer appointment at Hammersmith Hospital which was literally 15mins walk away and not at a brisk pace.The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful.

The shower was tempramental - hot then cold. And partly broken so couldn't raise it to the correct height which was annoying. A few floorboard creaks as I was under the stairs but it is an old building, so once I got used to it, that was fine. However, do not let these issues put you off from staying. I would go back for the price. It exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised!

Great price. Very friendly staff. I was able to communicate with the team before my stay and they were extremely responsive. The room was already prepared upon arrival before the official check-in time, so I was able to get into the room earlier at no extra cost, which was great (I did contact them before hand about my early arrival). Fridge in the room! Spacious room and shower. I would reccomend and return if staying in that part of London again.

This is a typical inner-london budget hotel, i.e. with very narrow alleys and no elevator. Although our stay was paid in full, they requested a deposit "for the keys". No breakfast or any snacks available.

Most of the carpets and also the furniture were new maybe 1-2 years old. Friendly helpful staff. The exterior of the building was also being renovated during our visit

The bathroom was very small and the door didn't seem to close properly. We only had 1 tea/coffee mug but 2 glasses dispite being a 2 person booking and the pillows were of poor quality and very uncomfortable.

The bathroom was nicely decorated, the mattress was comfortable. The price of the booking was good and we got what we excepected. Getting a good night sleep is all that matters for a basic room
