We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA bit too expensive, in my opinion. The bathroom in our room could use some refurbishment and a steam room in the spa area was out of order.
A nice hotel in a lovely location - the view from the window was absolutely stunning! Also very quiet with a nice garden so great if you like walking and want to relax.

My standard sea-view room was very good, as was the obviously recently refurbished bathroom. Staff were excellent.

United KingdomBut I can’t say the same about the reception staff. We were ignored when we’ve just arrived by the receptionists, I’ve not seen a receptionist smiling once for our 2 days stay. I’ve tried calling the reception to book a table for dinner but she just hanged up on me, when I went to the reception she didn’t bother reserving us a table but sent me to the restaurant instead, were I was told that I need to do my reservations on the reception. They do not seem to be happy working there, but it’s not fair that it affects our stay at the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, the view is amazing. The restaurant staff was really friendly and welcoming. Everyone was polite and professional. The food was amazing.

Staff were understanding and tried to get to the bottom of the issue but it took several weeks, several emails and phone calls for my deposit to be located in their books and my refund back

United KingdomFor me, as an early riser, I would have used the Swimming Pool had been available earlier in the day. (Say 7am). By the time it opened (0930) we were finishing with breakfast and were about to check out.
A lovely hotel, in a wonderful location that was managed well. We were invited to a wedding at the venue and what a great choice of venue it was!!! Faultless, in my opinion.

United KingdomNo drinking water in room. Bath was a cheap type. It would flex as you stood on it. The wait time for breakfast was too long. 35 minutes once seated to be asked if we wanted tea or coffee. ( was on 1st day only ) tv reception was terrible. No smart TV. No drinking water at spa area. After a steam it good to drink water but you have to come back up to bar.
Location great to explore the area. Very helpful staff at reception. Food was great. Bed was comfy. Pool and spa area was a great end to the day

The staff were all very friendly. The pool was excellent. Nice room but no sea view. The breakfast menu varied slightly every day which made it interesting.

The view from te bar restaurant was stunning. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful - i had fallen 2 days before and fractured ribs. I needed extra duvet and blankets as had to sleep upright in chair. Very helpful and offered help with luggage before being asked.

United KingdomOur room was so warm through the night. No window to open, just double doors onto a flat roof. No air con, no fan in room. Noisy guests from 11pm-2.30am. When I approached reception in the morning I was told I should have left our double doors open for the heat, and we got the room 'cheap' (£190pn) on booking.com so.... They werent at all interested. Lovely hotel, such a shame management lack in customer service. Bed was a double consisting of 2 singles pushed together. Very hard, and uncomfortable join down the middle. The bar/restaurant music could be heard from our room at 8am.
Beautiful location, and hotel itself was very nice.
