The towels in the bathroom looked old and folded in a way they looked used; you expect clean and nice towels at hotels.

The room was big, quiet, good lighting. The bathroom was okay. The apples and coffee in the lobby are a nice treat for the guests.

We found the room was really warm, despite having the fan on and windows open all night. This could just be a warm time of year.

The room was excellent! Beds comfortable and we had everything we needed. The shower and bathroom were top notch after a big day of exploring Glasgow. Short walk to town, we loved our stay here.

The car park was very limited and difficult to access. Also, we didn’t find clear instructions to reach the hotel.

Significant roadworks around the hotel meant car access was difficult and it was unclear whether the carp was open and how to reach it; we ended parking a few minute walk away but hotel had a discounted price per evening stayed so we were no penalised on price. The logic of the operational of the two lifts defied us but provided much 'amusement' whilst we tried to hit our floor.

Perfect location just off the motorway system with easy walking access to Museums, City centre and all other facilities. Restaurant menu was good (perhaps would benefit from a few more vegetarian options) and a good breakfast. Rooms were well designed and comfortable.

The room was made for handicapped people. Some features are not compatible with regular customers. For example, the bathroom sink is very low (lowered for handicapped) which is not at all comfortable with other customers. The red strings for handicapped can be easily confused with light switches (and it happened to our friends).

The sofa bed in room 123 needs updating. It is past its use by date. Bit of a walk to the city centre if you like being in the thick of the action.

Very professionally managed. Staff were very helpful and polite. Very clean and safe location. Loved the little extras in the lobby like fresh fruit and hot beverages available at all hours. But good value for money.

Double room a little bit squeezed compare to what we are used to. A little bit far from the train station and uphill (good to know if you are planning to get to the hotel by foot).

Nicely welcomed at the reception. Room nicely renovated. They gave us a list of restaurant near by to help us with the dinner options. We liked the reception with a pool table and refreshment options.

It’s a shame about the roadworks currently going on in the area. This however is not the hotels fault ! The hotel is not really situated in the main area as we had first thought. You could stay closer to the action for the same cost and do less walking.

Comfortable room with huge bed. Shower area was lovely and everything was very clean. We stayed in one of the executive suites and the living / kitchen area was a lovely bonus and gave lots of extra room.

Lifts in the hotel were really slow, so it was easier using the fire stairs, if you didn’t have luggage. Access to the hotel by car was very difficult due to road works, but by the looks of things, the city council hasn’t even thought about those things.

Very comfortable room, with plenty of space. Hotel was close enough to the city, and was within easy walking distance. Dinner and breakfast were both very nice.

The room was a tad on the small side. We weren't in it too long so it was fine for us, but would be better as a double room, not for 4 adults. One of our party couldn't make it, but had she it would have been impossible for 4 ladies to get ready for our concert in such a small room. The carpark was very tight to manoeuvre an average size car.

The room was immaculate, the bathroom was really great and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were really lovely, so helpful, friendly and smiley.

2 lifts were both working but there was quite a few people waiting after checking in. My room was on the 3rd floor so I used the stairs at busy times which was ok with minimal luggage.

The bedroom contained everything I needed for a one night stay. Large accessible shower. Comfortable bed. Informal breakfast buffet but food topped up regularly. Staff polite and helpful.
